When asked if everything was good/if we needed anything we told the wait staff/cashier/counter person that the spicy chicken was not spicy (glad we only ended up ordering on one plate) did not offer another option did not offer refund, said that’s the spicy sauce. The dish ordered was spicy chicken with egg roll, only came with one small very greasy (old oil taste) egg roll and chicken was not spicy at all although paying $1+ for the spicy sauce. The side plate of gyoza and my coconut shrimp was also very greasy and small, with old oil taste. Woman was rude and also pointed out all sales final no refunds sign placed strategically where no one would see before ordering. Just super disappointed and won’t come back or recommend this location to others. Prices seemed higher and portions much smaller just because of downtown location vs others we’ve gone to. Looks and tastes worse than freezer options from grocery store. For meals that cost $15+ I just feel ripped off and customer service left so much to be desired, I’d give 0 ⭐️ if that was an option.

TAWNA is by far the most rudest, unprofessional person I've ever inquired in my experience with dining. Today was my first visit. I went for a late lunch-early dinner. I had the spicy chicken with a scoop of white rice and a side salad, plus a side of gyoza. It was so good! The gyoza was crispy with a tangy dipping sauce. I used the rest on top of the rice. But the spicy chicken was my favorite. The sauce is creamy with modest amount of heat. There is sriracha at the table if you prefer a little more bite. I will definitely be back. I think I was the only person dining at that time of day. The a/c felt great.
While the meals are a bit of a different style than other teriyaki places, it’s a great local option to have.Super friendly staff, nice range of meats and options on the menu, solid ac for dining in during summer (if it’s on, sometimes they have it off and then I’m off as well), and reasonable prices.Worth a regular stop by for a quick meal.

The food is great but the service has gone way down hill. It's always hectic with stressed out and less than helpful people working the front counter. They have also recently raised prices while cutting portions on their daily special. With the combination of sub par service and less value for the money...I won't be returning.

Food is great, portions are generous, service is polite and very fast. Came highly recommended, lived up to it. Great lunch place, will come again to explore more of the menu, and highly recommend.
The food was fantastic! I'll definitely be coming back with my husband. Alazay( not sure how to spell it) was amazing. She was soo nice.
