Our waiter was good the thing that threw me was while i was still eating the busser came over set his pan of other dirty dishes down on the bench beside me and started clearing the few finished plates we did have. Extremely tacky and speaks to management pressure to turn over tables before they are even finished.

We stood in the lobby for 4 to 5 minutes waiting to be seated. We could see the cook on his phone in the kitchen and the 'host' on his phone over to the right in the restaurant seating. When finally approached we were directed to the left side of the restaurant and told we could sit anywhere. However it was obvious that all of the tables were dirty. We selected a booth. We were given menus and someone came and wiped off the end of the table (not the areas in front of us.) Service was good from that point on, we ordered (breakfast). Both orders were very greasy. The plates, hashbrowns and eggs were swimming in grease, so much so that neither of us ate our eggs. The Country Gravy was thick and pasty - couldn't eat it. I had seen that the reviews for this restaurant were not great, but was hoping that is was because they were old reviews. Guess I will have to keep searching for a good nighttime breakfast spot.

Very disappointing experience. We were a party of six—two adults and four children. While the kids were naturally energetic, they were well-behaved. At one point, my daughter was on Zoom having a conversation with her grandmother when the manager approached us and insisted she get off the phone. Meanwhile, tables that arrived after us had already received their drinks and food, while we had yet to receive anything.
I politely asked for our drinks and requested if the volume could simply be turned down so my daughter could continue her conversation. Instead, the manager refused and told us we needed to leave. Shortly after, another manager arrived, and we explained the situation. She then claimed the server reported that we had thrown silverware at her—an absolutely false accusation.
As a retired and disabled veteran, I found this deeply offensive and upsetting. I requested they review their security footage, but was told it was unavailable. I was also told they stand by their staff without any further investigation.
This experience was frustrating, disheartening, and completely unacceptable.! I also let them know how unacceptable every was.

Amazing service. Ordered to go from young latino host- lemme say- that young man nailed it. Super friendly. Gave all the sides and sauces one could fathom with a meal. Even extra utensils. Great awareness and friendliness. I'd go back souly based on this young man's attitude and customer service. Give Him a raise- that dudes got it. !

The Granddaughter had never been to an IHOP so we tried it. Food was good, service started that way but ended not so, typical IHOP inside.
Excellent Thursday brunch at this location. Was told 20 minute wait time, they got a booth within 10 minutes. Some wait time for food, but the restaurant was quite busy- considering that, very good time. Food was made perfectly to order. No problems handling requests such as cheese on the potatoes, extra brown sugar sauce, etc. Flavor was excellent, exactly what we wanted. We ordered a milkshake, they gave us the extra that wouldn't fit in the glass in a separate cup! Very kind. Our server was very professional and attentive.
We did have a slight credit card charge issue due to a mistake. When we called, the manager was available promptly and the issue was resolved immediately and professionally.
Will be coming here again.
