If I could give this restaurant more stars, I would. A truly delightful experience with plenty of gluten-free and dairy-free options! As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I was immediately acknowledged by Ingrid herself. I found her to be welcoming and so very friendly. The restaurant has a chill cafe vibe.One of the most unique things I ate there was the beet hummus. I thought the beet hummus (gluten free and dairy free) was phenomenal! Hands down, the most fun hummus I ever had. The bulgogi beef paleo bowl was my favorite gluten free dish here! Quite a lot of protein for one meal. It tasted like real bulgogi to me. I would estimate 70% of the menu is gluten free, with exception to the wraps and the flatbread that goes with the hummus.Don't get me started on the sauces :) I love how customizable the dishes are as in you can pick the sauce you want in most dishes. I really appreciated Ingrid's suggestions and loved the BBQ sauce with the chicken. It wasn't too spicy for me; it was tang at its finest. I absolutely loved the Romesco, it was the first time I had ever heard of it and got to try. If you haven't had Romesco, I would recommend it (has nuts).Lots of delicious vegetarian and vegan options. Vegan options include Eat More Plants Bowl, Falafel Wrap, Beet Hummus and the salads (request without the feta).I felt really good after eating the food too. I loved that it tasted good and was healthy. I think it has the best healthy food and vegetarian options in Vancouver WA. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through Vancouver or local to the area!

OMG you have to try this place!!!! My husband is my hero making sure to find accessible eateries while we cycling. We had recommendations from many friends to try this place and cannot believe it took us this long to get here.I am strict vegan for health reasons and this place is compliant for non- dairy, soy, gluten, gmo for their ENTIRE menu! This is WICKED good food that happens to also follow my dietary constraints.The only catch is a 2 PM closing time, but that gives you plenty of opportunity to come try Ingrid’s out. They have a select menu that is really well done.We had the beet hummus and #eatmoreplants bowl. Starting with hummus - generous amount of hummus and pita. All fresh and delicious. The beer flavor comes through without being overpowering. The red color is enticing to the eye!The bowl was beyond expectations. The falafel was delicious and the BEST inhave ever had. If I only ordered one thing - falafel it would be. The mixture of grains and slaw with the tumeric tahini was incredible and again have never had anything like it.The staff - last but not least, is warm and welcoming. Very friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to move outdoor tables for us to eat outside.Enjoy it - we did!

Delicious food - excellent service.I went to check out their plant based options and was really impressed by this restaurant. The owner made a delicious falafel to showcase one of their customer favorites - which I totally understand why they're a favorite, they are delicious.Their romesco sauce is so flavorful and another favorite is their red beet hummus which I loved.Their food is clean, meaning it's fresh and whole and will land well in the body.They have a big bowl for plant based diets and of course falafel and hummus.The experience is a welcoming, friendly one. A business you definitely want to support as they really care and it shows in their food and in the way they treat their customers.I'll definitely be back. You never know what you might stumble across when traveling. In our case, Ingrid's was a VERY fortuitous find - especially for the GF crowd - as I had been hungry for gyro meat for some time. The flavorful gyro and falafel bowls with the main ingredients piled onto their fresh slaw made made for some tasty eating. More pluses - plenty of food for a later snack and excellent service. What a gem! Too bad about 150 miles from our home. One last thought - loved the atmosphere and music.

The food is absolutely amazing and very tasty. I am so happy my husband recommended this place for us to eat. The falafel wrap is so delicious. My 1 year loves the falafel and he loves Ingrid! It is such a challenge to find nutritious, healthy, fulfilling vegan food options anymore. The owners are such beautiful spirited people and we are so thankful we found this spot. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for showing us love and for feeding us good food.
