I ask for a plan mash burger nothing on it when I get home to eat pickles and onions are on the burger I order a munchy meal ultra cheeseburger no mustard burger had mustard I asked for my tacos to not have sauce they had sauce. The employees were super rude so I did not bother even going back will not be going back to Jack in the box.

I walked in and told the guy behind the counter I wanted to make 2 orders as my roommate Wanted me to pick him up some food. I made the first order and as the guy walks away I told him I needed to order more food. He said ok smiled and walked away. I proceeded to stand at the counter for 10 minutes waiting and when he brought my first order I told him I need to order more. He said ok and just left. I’m all for people working but if you have people who don’t understand you customer facing that’s a problem.

Its the third time in a row on Sunday. I ordered 2 burgers 4 tacos and im sitting in the parking lot with 5 other angry customers! Will never eat this crap again!
Don't go to this one, go to the one up in Salmon Creek instead. They charge you for extra sauces here.

Ordered tacos and 2 meals. Burgers were super dry and disgusting, threw them away without taking another bite. Tacos were also extremely soggy and obviously not made fresh. Fries were cold, and the soft drinks I ordered were incorrect. Seemed like everything had been sitting in the window for quite a while. To top it off, they were out of their signature sauce. But they did give us an extra burger from someone elses order so that's the only plus side. Waste of money but everything is these days. Won't go to this location ever again. Just wish people actually cared about their job and customers these days. Absolutely disgusted.
