Love the cheesy patato weges, When they are fresh. The tiny taco box is pretty good too. They just have an issue staying fresh. I wish the food was made to order.

I don’t know if Walter is a new employee although I will say that he did exponential job because I came at 12 and by 1210 he gave me everything I needed on top of that. I requested a shake on top of what I wanted and he said, I will give it to you right now. Just wait right here even though I had a line behind me, which is probably not protocol, but the fact that he did that and took care of me I want to give him a five stars. I love Jack-in-the-Box and Walter you are amazing thank you guys.

My fiance and I went there for breakfast and coffee and just kind of hang out we're just doing our work clothes and had backpacks. We were then told very soon after getting our food that we it was not a hotel and we were asked to leave I feel that we were profiled as homeless and fear because we were dirty work and wearing backpacks. the manager or assistant manager was hostile very aggressive and telling us we had to leave before we had even finished our coffee

Amazing food and the shakes are to D** for! Always, speedy fast service, but never skimping on the "YUM" factor to their everyday "must haves" to their seasonal specials. In my opinion, their best feature is the 24 hours a day. Cuz I'm the person who gets those 2 am "craving adventures" that if I can't go and get my sweet tooth curbed then I usually get super emotional, so it's such a plus they're open 24 hours. I feel like a few more places could benefit from being open 24 hours...but hey, I'm no business owner 😜 . Thanks to the wonderful ladies who made me and my girls' boba and biscoff shake tonight! I'll be back tomorrow same time but I need 4 Biscoff shakes so I can put some in the freezer for when u guys end the eggnog Biscoff promo. It's my "have to get one every day while it's in season" like most people's morning coffee...since I don't partake in the coffee kool-aid, I feel like this is an acceptable alternative. ✌️ ❤️ ✨️

Disappointed with the Late Night Tacos

I usually love Jack in the Box for being one of the only places open late at night. But lately, it’s been so frustrating. The tacos we get are always cold by the time we get home, which completely ruins the experience. It's upsetting because when it’s late, there aren’t many other options, and we just want warm, comforting food.

It feels like the employees working at night just don’t care about the quality of the food they’re serving. I get that it’s a tough shift, but if you're open, the food should still be hot and fresh. Please, do better. We count on you for those late night cravings, and right now, it’s just disappointing.

I entered the restaurant and ask the lady may I please use the restroom. She replied they are only for customer, I can't wait for her to need the restroom at my place of business, what ever happened to hospitality?

Bad service. As a Door Dasher I’m always ignored and not even spoken to, unless someone white comes out then they show common decency and courtesy.
