I came in to buy a couple of spicy jack wraps, they didn't tell me they were out of the spicy ones but proceeded to lie to me about it anyways and charge me for them. They gave me regular ones and wouldn't give me a refund for them. This is the worst experience I've had, the fact that they intentionally lied to me to get my money is disgusting. Completely ruined my lunchtime. Im never wasting my time or money here again.

I visited on 2/17/25 at 12:50pm, lunch time. I ordered the $5 all day big meal with a dbl jr jack chs, value curly fries, chk nuggets and small diet dr. pepper. I didn't review earlier as I just really recovered from eating this meal. I was given an old burger with the bread being extremely stale and breaking apart as I picked up the burger, I didn't receive curly fries but the ends and broken pieces of the fries (compare to something you would get at the bottom of a potato chip bag) and nuggets that were smaller than a half dollar). All of this food was lukewarm and, after the second bite, I ran to the bathroom to expel. I usually have a good experience with Jack in the Box, but, not this time.

The burger was absolutely terrible. The coke tasted terrible. The only thing that was edible was the curler fries. Definitely won't be go there ever again.

Unfortunately, as much as I enjoy Jack in The Box from time-to-time, this particular visit gave me a mild case of food poisoning. I am very displeased and will likely not return.

There are only 2 ladies working here right now. Makes service very slow and they were out of lemonade. Jack in the crack is always a good throw back. Was a teenage favorite

I can’t believe that I am writing a review for Jack-in-the-Box, of all places! I have gotten out of the habit of fast food joints, particularly the large chains, and even more particularly the semi substandard burger places. But you know, it was late and I was just too tired to get out of the car, and I thought, what the heck? And besides for many years when I was a security officer over at Salmon Creek, I used to come here on a regular basis. I also weighed 80 pounds more.
So I’ll tell you, driving into Jack-in-the-Box was a powerful dose of nostalgia for me, it took me back, probably 16 or 17 years. I have to remember, that it wasn’t particularly good then, and it’s not particularly good now. I got the buttery something burger because it looks good on the poster, forgetting for a moment, nothing ever looks like it is in the poster.
It was a sloppy, greasy, unappetizing mess. The taste was not particularly bad, but it was not particularly good either. I felt like I had been slimed, like Ghostbusters being slimed by pure evil. It was so oily, the paper was soaked, the bun was saturated, even honoring the nostalgia, it was… Disgusting.
I also got the two tacos which in the ensuing years has gone from $.99 up to $1.69, making it still one of the cheapest things on the menu. Now I will say about the tacos that there is something special and unique about them. They certainly don’t taste like tacos, and they are a greasy mess as well, but they represent a guilty pleasure. They they are something crunchy and savory and somehow satisfying, even while being not particularly good.
I have always had a soft spot in my heart for the Jack-in-the-Box taco, although I doubt that I will ever have one again. It’s one of those things, where they are so bad that they are good.
Even flavored as it was with nostalgia, I’m afraid Jack-in-the-Box is kind of a write off. I can’t believe I ate these things for so many years or that my standards were so low. Maybe in my memory they were better. Or maybe something has changed and they really were better back when I was fighting with patients on a regular basis or patrolling the grounds, searching for miscreants.
It will forever be a kind of icon for those years of craziness and struggle. I can’t believe I stayed in the job so long and I can’t believe I ate Jack-in-the-Box on such a regular basis.
In recent times, I’ve been trying to eat at more local places, Mom and Pop shops.
Places that are more integrated into the community, where I can meet the owners, and share a little bit of their dreams. There is a saying that you can’t go back and I’m afraid that in regards to places like Jack-in-the-Box that is true.
It was an interesting experience, but one that I don’t think I’ll repeat.
None of this, is stuff that you don’t already know. All of us, understand what fast food is, what it does to us, and how many so much better places exist.

I can rant, and yell from the hilltops and the church steeples that my brothers and sisters Should find elsewhere to explore their culinary delights and should spend their money on smaller, much better, and much more connected to the community places…
But I know, that nothing I say will really make any difference. If you eat it places like Jack-in-the-Box, you will continue to eat at places like Jack-in-the-Box.
Just remember, oh Pilgrim, that there are so many better places out there and often for the same amount of money or even cheaper.

Parking: There is plenty of parking in the main lot across the driveway, you can pretend as you eat that you didn’t actually go to Jack-in-the-Box.
It is a little way from the actual restaurant, which has more limited parking.

This is by far the worst Jack-in-the-Box I’ve been to, I have traveled the West Coast and visited many Jack-in-the-Box but this one takes the cake. Came in for a quick bite to eat and the food is not even close to Luke warm the french fries are so cold that all you can taste is grease, they gave my order to my girlfriend and half of hers to myself, it’s not that hard to get the order in the right baskets. Yeah, the fair is absolute garbage because while sitting trying to enjoy a meal, I have Jack-in-the-Box music playing over the intercom and a stereo blaring inside the kitchen while all the young kids are being completely annoying. To top it off the employees have zero people skills and act like they have better things to do than work at a job they applied for, this will be the last time this Jack and I will be sure to tell everybody I know not to go either!! I am absolutely appalled to the way things have become at this Jack in the box!!! I wish I could post a video to show corporate just how awful this visit is!
