Don't make special requests at this location, unfortunately they never get them right and it really slows them down.

I went in for counter service because the day before my chicken sandwich was a mess. It had way to much sauce and they put lettuce on it, so I ordered one with no lettuce and he rudely said it doesn't come with lettuce so I then asked for sauce on the side to prevent such a mess. He was clearly being rude and so I waited 10 to 15 minutes in a empty restaurant for my sandwich. When I finally got mad and returned his energy I asked for my money back as she put the sandwich in the slot. He then yelled and said cancel order she wants her money back. He was shaking mad and to top it off I had to go back in for my sauce. He was hispanic wearing all black I'm assuming your manager! I asked for his name and he would not give it to me. He gets a F for customer service! Do better! This happened Friday Dec. 19th at 8:35am. Also when I first walked in and was waiting at counter he rudely trys to tell me what register to stand in front of like he was bossing me around, I dont take kindly to a minimum wage employee acting like he has some control of me. I'm NOT her!

I just went through the drive thru to get my kids dinner nothing in my order is correct i was not given a reciept and noone is answering the phone. I ordered cheeseburgers ketchup only and got plain hamburgers w nothing on them asked about a nuggest meal was told number 18 got the drink but not the nuggets or fries. This service is beyond unacceptable. I would like to hear from a district manager

Been at this location multiple times as a doordasher. I've orderd myself from here before and of course the food is fine. However, tonight while doordashing we pulled up in the drive through, got asked at the speaker how they could help and told them we had a doordash to pick up, they told us to go to the 2nd window. Ok fine. When we got to the window, we waited a minute, she opened the window, said absolutely nothing, handed us the order then closed it. We were being nice and saying thank you, but just nothing. She looked like she was miserable. Don't know if she was having an off night but this is not the first time we have had terrible customer service at this location. Usually get completely ignored at the window. I understand off days but man it happens basically every time.

I just ordered sauces and loaded tiny tacos with EXTRA sauce and EXTRA cheese. I got home, opened the box, and boom. Dry tacos. No sauce. No cheese. No lettuce. No nothing. This is like the third time this has happened. I want a refund. I want it now. I’m so over this!!!
Update: I’ve called 4 times with no answer. This is stealing. Absolutely disgusting. This is so embarrassing for your team.
If anyone cares, I’m in IOP treatment for an EATING DISORDER. Tiny tacos are one of my ONLY safe foods. Your behavior is disgusting and intolerable. The female employee working the window should be fired. This is awful and horrible treatment. I am in disgust of this establishment.
Update: I’m on call number 9. No answer. Calling corporate now. You will not be working here at the end of the day…

This jack in the box is really bad. Multiple time we have not gotten the right food. The last time called right away wand brought it back and they were bothered by the fact we wanted them to remake the whole order. By this point ether we eat part of the meal or it will be stone cold. We return it when we go in they handed the new food on apology or even acknowledgement that they screwed up. When my wife said something she got told well things happen, wow not a crap given that we spent almost a hour screwing with going back and forth. I filled out the survey to complain and requested a call and they couldn’t even do that. I’m seeing why the employee ack like this obliviously the management doesn’t care ether. I would go anywhere but the location. Too many problems and not care given. I can understand the employees not giving a care but when you try to talk to a manger and can’t that shows how much the owners care.

Went through the drive thru for a late night treat. I ordered an Oreo shake. The line was busy but it felt calm in the Solar Plexus. We moved through pretty quickly with my shake being ready at the window. The customer service was grounded in the Root Chakra and moved up to the heart Chakra allowing me to experience that the man that served me my drink and took my payment was enjoying what he was doing.

I’ve tried to give multiple chances, but honestly is it that hard to toast some sourdough bread? It’s either barely toasted or not at all! Just got the breakfast sourdough this morning and it was a sad little sandwich for the price. The guy at the window handed us our OJ bottle but he dropped it and it hit our car pretty hard. No sorry or anything, just handed us another. We ended up running over it and it splattered all over the car and in the car. Unexpected car wash after that ! Won’t be back
