I haven’t had Jack in the box in maybe 20 years. I walked in and waited at the counter for 6 minutes and 5 different people made eye contact from behind the counter and no one attempted to take our order. I gave them two more minutes and then walked out.

Just stood at the register for 10 min. Not one person acknowledged my existence. Well, one woman rolled her eyes at me...so there's that. No one had any sense or urgency. Two people walked out while I was there. Ridiculous. I walked out, too.

There is a new young male staff member who did not give me my card back at the drive thru window after trying to confuse me with messing up my drink order. I went in next day to see if they had it and they did not. They apparently keep cards in a cup on top of a fryer and have some laying all over the place as well rather than inside a cash register so staff members don't have easy access. I went home since they didn't have it. Later that evening someone tried to charge the card and showed the location of this exact Jack in the box. The guy who was helping me the day before in the drive thru was there and said someone tried to use it in the drive thru. It's not that hard to fess up and give someone back their card. Yeah he would lose his job but he should be fired anyways for stealing and dishonesty. I really liked this Jack in the box before but now I'm going to use a different location from now on.

I placed a online order and when I realized it was at another location ,I raced to go pick it up just to be told it was not on the managers screen. Then when I took the burger in they told my boyfriend that it's not best to do online orders for pickup cause you never know what you get. So what's the point of doing online if it's said like just pay me not the online pickup. Bad location bad service
Food was normal, but man, the customer service I got from Marco at the drive thru was absolutely amazing , never have I cared enough to leave a review on ANY fast food spot until this drive thru employee.

4 stars is a high rating for fast food. I only buy off the breakfast menu. Mostly the sandwiches. Having said that. Jack in the Box has the best fast food B-fast sandwiches. The Sour Dough Ultimate is my favorite.
