Ordered a Number 1 large size with a Vanilla Coke & curly fries. Loaded classic waffle fries. And two 8 piece nuggets. Guy taking my order didn’t seem interested in doing his job. I asked him to repeat my order back to me. Handed me the wrong drink with ice. They gave me normal fries even though I paid extra for curly fries. Didn’t tell me they were out of curly fries but were still happy to charge me for them. I went in to get curly fries and only then was I told they were out. Your job is not hard, children do it every day. Horrible customer service, no one here cares about their jobs or doing them properly. I was not offered any form of refund or substitute. $30 for a single person and didn’t even get what I ordered. Drive thru cashier even took my regular fries from me and then handed them back to me after saying they had no curly fries. No gloves, nothing. Disgusting.

This place is disgusting. All of the soda is out in the machine and it's a mess . There is good on the floors and the bathroom is horrible. When we walked in no one was in the lobby and while we waited for what felt like a rather long time for our order 3 cars went through the drive . The food was wrong on somethings and very sad looking. I will not return to this location. The auto mall location is much better.

It's a quiet, almost secluded, location in my opinion. I made a pit stop here twice, a year apart, in September 2023 and again in September 2024. I ate here going into Battle Ground and coming out of it. It was quiet both times, with only 2-3 customers each time. Service was decent, didn't have any issues, and the food didn't take too long, maybe 5 minutes or so. 4 stars only for the atmosphere because it's so quiet, it's a little creepy. Everyone seems to just mind their own business, which is a good thing, but the quietness made me be on alert. Maybe some background music would help lol.

I used the app to order a normal amount of food for a family on a Friday evening. I then sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes waiting for my order. They were completely confused about an app order, and I had to explain multiple times what I had ordered. Finally got the food, all crammed into a single bag. I did my best to check everything before heading home, but ultimately they forgot the chicken nuggets I ordered for my daughter, and both our drinks were completely wrong. The food was dried out and cold. I tried calling the restaurant, got no answer, and finally submitted an online request for customer support. It was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard back. They outright stole my money. Don't go here.
