Ordered food through drive through. Got hike and didnt get the quantity that i ordered and not only was some of ny food mangled but my fries tasted like old seafood. Then when i called to talk to someone you cant get in touch with anyone because they dont answer the phone.

The best part of my visit here was the young woman, Zury who took my order and served me. Beyond excellent service, she was helpful as I asked what were in some of their dishes having never been to a Jack in the box. She was patient while I made my selection. And most importantly, she was friendly! Thank you Zury!!

Worst Jack In The Box I have ever been to . I ordered off the app , they charged me for my food , yet it didn't show up on their end at the restaurant . I showed them proof that my account was charged , they just kept askinh for a confirmation number .... I never got one , yet I was still charged oit of my bank account . I asked for a manager , they said they wouldn't be there until Monday ?!? This is Saturday morning .... They should have someone onhand to fix issues like this .... I got absolutely nothing , no help . I will not do business with this location again . This hasn't been the first time I have had an issue . But it has been a few years , so I thought I would try it again . My mistake . Not gonna give them any more chances . Save yourself the trouble , go to another location . That way if you have a problem MAYBE that restaurant will have a manager on staff to help you !

We were the only people in the restaurant.had 2 different orders. by the time our second order was ready the milk shake had set on the counter so long it turned to milk, the curly fries were so cold they went to the garbage can,we asked many times what's taking so long all's we got was were sorry it will be done in just a minute (wrong) the problem was they were to busy taking care drive ? thru orders flying out the window while we walk out with cold food. At least 8 car's drove by with food from the drive thru before we got our 2nd order. This place doesn't care. SO go to another Jack in the box.
