The breakfast meal for five bucks is a great value. Croissant was excellent, coffee was hot, and the hash browns were what you would expect. We'll probably do it again when I'm in a hurry and hungry.

Food got stolen by a homeless guy and they didnt even remake our food because they thought we were in on it .

It'll be the last time I come to this Jack in the box I ordered on my app while I was in the parking lot I walked in the store to see if they're even cooking a hamburger or microwaving them the grill was perfectly clean so they probably heated them up in the microwave that's not right

My husband and I wanted to try the new $7 lunchie box, we don't recommend this box at all. The chicken sandwich was mushy, bland and there was some black on the bottom bun, but the worst part about it was it smelled like chemicals, that was the main smell when we opened up that sandwich. The tiny tacos, nuggets, and fries were all delicious, but the sandwich was concerning, we lost our appetite because of the chemicals we smelled on it. Not only that, the Sprite we got with it tasted very off. Couldn't bring ourselves to continue drinking that either. We aren't picky eaters so this was a complete bust. The fries were the best part, really good with
bbq sauce. We didn't go in to complain because we were in a hurry, and it would've been a waste of time. They don't know how to make a chicken burger, nor apparently know how to keep their environment safe from random chemicals.

First time I went ordered a teriyaki bowl meal. Guy put in a regular one then fought me on the fact that I said meal. Then after he got it all up said they don't have rice and can't make it anyways. Then proceeded to IGNORE me while I was trying to order something else.
Tried again today...ordered chicken nugget meal no chicken nuggets., so ordered fries, and a chicken burger.
Lettuce was next to the burger in the wrapper. Not on it. The fries were rock hard and burnt.

Ordered loaded tacos and was told he messed up and charged me for regular. So then checked out and paid the extra $2 for the loaded tacos to get plain tacos. Thanks for ripping me off. Won’t be coming back to wait 20 min to get the wrong order and get charged more for it.
I go here after work occasionally. I usually order the same thing. A burrito for my husband and a burger for myself.
The servers are always friendly and efficient. I don't think they've ever gotten an order wrong. I recommend this place when you don't feel like cooking, and you have someone who wants breakfast, my husband who's just starting his day, and me, who's just getting off my G.Y. shift and wants dinner. They serve breakfast and lunch/ dinner. The food is good and the service is great and visa verca. ?

Absolutely terrible late night crew. There is no damn reason whatsoever that anyone on this planet should ever have to sit at the window for over 30 mins! No cars in the drive thru, no other orders... 30 mins at the window wondering when they plan to do their job instead of getting high in the bathroom!

I did an order on doordash right before walking in and finalized it once I was inside, they got to work on my order as soon as I knew I was waiting for it however it took them a bit to get it done, as compensation they were willing to give me an extra sausage patty on one of my sandwiches, I noticed after receiving my order that I made a mistake and forgot to put no bacon so I picked off the bacon and just made a side comment to them poking fun at myself for me making that mistake and they offered to compensate me for my mistake, I did not accept set compensation because it was my mistake but the fact that they were willing to offer set compensation shows amazing customer service ?

I mean, it's a fast food place... So you get what you pay for. This particular Jack in the Box was a bit dirty, disorganized, and slow. Plus, the food really wasn't great... But again, you get what you pay for.
Today I was here for the first time. I bought 19 sandwiches. 17 sandwiches were made COMPLETELY INCORRECTLY — Wrong Bread — Wrong meat — not hard to put 3 ingredients between a bread product — except the bread was wrong too. After I waited patiently in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes both in front and behind people I left with my order. I was almost home when I thought to check the sandwiches themselves as the window person looked very disheveled. Surprised to find 17 out of 19 sandwiches wrong. I bring them back to be told that they “ forgot” to mention they were out of croissants. I also mentioned that all the ham sandwiches are supposed to be bacon. She yanked the bags from me and said she needed to throw the food away. I told her two of the sandwiches in the bag were good and correct and she said it doesn’t matter. We will remake. Then I asked if I could give it to the homeless family on the corner with the 2 children and she said no I have to prove that I am remaking it… like really??? You have multiple witness that you screwed up 17 sandwiches and are going to remake 2 others for no good reason and you are now throwing away perfect food??? That was made incorrectly? Your throwing it away — why can’t I give it to the homeless?Customer Service sucked. They looked at me confused when I said 17 were wrong. And she looked at me like I was an alien when I asked if I could feed the homeless. I’ll never be back.

Got there a half hour before close. They told me they were already closing up, and would not be accepting orders. I questioned if they were closing early? I was thinking maybe the online hours were inaccurate. Instead of an answer I was shut down with a “have a good day” so snotty for no reason other then daring to question if they were closing early lol
