I ordered a smoothie and while they were making my order I had to use the restroom. As I returned to the front, more customers had walked in. I was waiting patiently for my smoothie. Gave an extra 10 minutes, but noticed soon then that a customer who came in received their drink before I did. So I went back to the cash register and asked whetr my drink was. She was embarrassed that she somehow forgot. I was in a rush, and told her I needed a refund. She said I could have my smoothie and that I would be credited back the amount for my purchase within 3 business days. I was satisfied until I waited many weeks later to discover that no credit was made to my account. That was upsetting: 1) my order was forgotten 2) I never received said credit.

I had a fantastic experience at Jamba Juice, thanks to Bailey. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel valued as a customer. Bailey took the time to ask about my preferences and provided excellent recommendations that were spot-on. Her warmth and attention to detail made my visit a memorable one. If you're looking for great service and delicious smoothies, I highly recommend visiting Jamba Juice and asking for Bailey!

The people that work here are so nice! She even marked the top cause they know the labels fall off to make sure my hubby didn't get the wrong one. Def recommend this location for service! Ordered it online from Infront and it was done in mins even tho they were busy!

Staff is always so nice smoothies are always delicious. They gave me this to try today and see if people like it. I don’t think I would get it because the yogurt is very tart not my style a little honey would do it some justice. Fruit is good. Depending on the price of this yogurt and fruit I probably wouldn’t try it again.

the staff here is so welcoming and so kind, towards each other and their guests. they treated me like more than a guest, like a friend! and the smoothie was DELICIOUS!! i always get the pink star and it never disappoints! :)
I usually get the best customer service but Keely was absolutely outrageous, if I could give her negative stars I would. She had the most attitude I’ve ever experienced in customer service.
