I recently had a bad experience at this location and the supervisor reached out And ask that we give them a second chance while I didn't use the coupons I decided to still give them a second chance. And I'm very glad that I did. The team member Olivia was very pleasant. She was very kind and responsive I told her about the situation that I had experienced the last time and she was also apologetic as she said they strive for great customer service there and that was exactly what was delivered so thank you Olivia great job.

Saturday Nov 8th the girl working was amazing. She knew the menu extremely well. Including ingredients for each item to address my allergies. Much appreciated. But the best part was how she talked about her job. She said she loved her job and was happy to be there working.
Now that? That is amazing. Such people who love their work do the best job for the people they serve. Out of sheer pleasure for themselves. What those served get out of the experience? Is simply a reciprocal blessing. Even secondary. But oh what a better blessing it is than being served by one who doesn't want to be at work.
The comment about loving her work? Made my day. The Jamba drink was like sprinkles added to a sunday. Damn good sprinkles. On an even better sunday.

Absolutely my favorite spot! The employees are so sweet and make me feel so welcome. Personal shoutout to an employee I see most often named Sam, every time I come in she has a smile on her face and gives great service. It’s refreshing to see such genuine customer care. Overall really great place, also probably the cleanest Jamba i’ve ever been in.

Since yall don’t like to answer the phone I guess I gotta leave a review! I ordered thru the app and uber delivered it .. no tamper proof bag , drinks dripping , and no tamper proof stickers ! All things that come with every app order I get ! These drinks are sloppy and appear to have been tampered with ! I’d like my order replaced or a refund please

Please fix your POS! The machine will only take tap-to-pay, and my bank doesnt even offer it. Max (I believe was her name) was extremely sweet and patient while I figured out a different payment method, and was quick to get my order out when I finally did. Food was amazing as always :)
