2 times in a row, ordered large Philly cheese steak with no onions and peppers. Couldn't get the order right. Piled everything in it. It's very simple. Lack of focus. For the price, need to do better.

Great crew and great food. Efficient crew with a good sense of humor and an excellent skill in hard work. Nick made my sandwich just as I wanted it with ease and precision. It's most definitely not my last time visiting this place and I'll be happy to return again.

There was a promotion (listed on my receipt) that offers BUY $15.00 AND GET A FREE SANDWICH. So, I ordered my three sandwiches through UberEats, and only two sandwiches came. When I called Jersey Mike's to try and figure out a solution, the person who answered the phone said I needed to call Uber to resolve the situation. For the life of me, I cannot figure out WHY a delivery service would be responsible for the restaurant preparing the incorrect food. I will never be ordering from Jersey Mike's ever again. Worst customer service ever... and this is coming from someone whose career is TRAINING customer service. PS: My mother did not get to eat a sandwich. Thanks a lot.

Can be hit and miss on order accuracy when doing online orders. Never ordered in store. If you add an ingredient like banana peppers or pickles there's a chance it might not be added onto the sandwich. If you order 2 bags of chips make sure to check before leaving. Had lots of times I didn't check. Got home or to work and saw I was only given 1 of the 2 bags of chips I bought. Staff always looks rushed and under staffed. Almost as if they're more worried about meeting metrics from cooperate rather than making sure orders are accurate.
Results ordering in person are perfect. Online orders are spotty on accuracy

The food is awesome but its not worth ordering through any online source. Every time I do its horribly late and it would have taken less time to wait in line and order it myself. I understand being overworked but the expectation set by Pick Up Times and Delivery Times is NEVER met. Go in person!

Whatever you do, do not order a sandwich online for pick up at the store. People will come in the store after you get there and get their sandwiches before you because they do not fill the orders in the proper order. Very frustrating to watch people come in after you and leave before you while you’re standing there hungry waiting for your sandwich
