I used to come here almost every day on my lunch, and the food is alright. It's not really worth the price, but it's really convenient to pop in and snag a fresh sandwich down the street. Ordering online here is straight up a no-go, notoriously bad wait times even when you order in advance, without compensation. I'm giving up on the joint after having half my lunch spent waiting for a sandwich I ordered half an hour prior. 🥺

I was just in there, they guy cutting meat gave me an extra free sandwich. Not sure why. But I told him it was my first time. Really good sub!! And lunch for tomorrow too!! I'll be back for sure!!

WES was so kind!! I came from the salmon creek location around 8:30pm (mine was out of bread) and he had such a great costumer service attitude! I love this place and the freshness! Would definitely come back to this location. Thanks Wes!

Every time, my wife and I come here the food is always good. The staff members are very nice. Never had any issues. I’ve never had to return a sandwich. Never had problems with someone being rude to me overall, a really good place to eat.

They were a bit skimpy on the portions. We have been to other locations and they were alot better.
This shop just isn’t equipped to handle the volume they get. We ordered online and it said 15 minutes for pick-up. We waited almost 45 minutes after the time and after about 30 asked if we could just cancel they told us no. Once the 45 minute mark hit they told me that they lost my order. This is so ridiculous especially if you are on a time crunch for lunch. Shut off your orders and get things caught up to get customers out the door.

I stopped by this location because it was on my way home from running errands but I will not be going back, I was the only customer in line and I was in the store for about 5-8 minutes before anyone said a word to me while I waited at the counter. when the teenager who was working finally came out of the back to help wouldn’t stop chewing his gum while he helped me with my order, I was worried his gum might drop in my food, I noticed the others workers didn’t care too much about it because they looked annoyed. I won’t be back here.
