Bread was terrible. Heidi didn't seem to care. I tried to pick corn meal off still was horrible. Just a bad batch of bread. But lack of concern is alarming. Then I asked to speak to someone above her. She doesn't know if there corporate or franchise. This is the level of people working in these places. Very sad

I’m not sure of a better sandwich shop in town. Sometimes hot sandwiches take some time and parking can sometimes be difficult but that’s normal. Very tasty sandwiches.

Went here this morning, got the buffalo Chicken sub immediately as I started eating it something tasted off, I got very sick. Just few hours after eating it. typically, I've not had any issues at other franchises, but specifically, their chicken was questionable. My wife got the Turkey, which seemed fine. The staff was nice and courteous the place seemed clean but just be cautious of the chicken.

If you like cold cut sandwiches, this is a great spot. I think they do some hot sandwiches, but it's not my thing so I'm not sure. I really like the number 13 (italian) and would recommend it if you like your sandwich packed with variety meat.

I am amazed how the staff is so friendly and they’re very quick to help you. I just love trying new things from there. The last one I got was a Philly steak and cheese in a bowl. It was absolutely delicious. Sometimes I just don’t want the bread didn’t know they had it until I looked at the menu a lot more carefully, I would recommend Jersey MIKE over the other four competitors. Once you try it, you are hooked shout out to the staff.

Horrible customer service.. I agree with the other bad review saying the girl was a bully .. girl refused to give us her name.. made the worst sandwich ive seen there in many visits and never been treated so rushed and bad ever there like we were .. won't return as long as that girl is there.. short Latina looking girl with glasses.. and she was so mad we were buying a sandwich for a guy outside that was hungry.. what a horrible person

I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. The staff here is awesome, and greeted me immediately. The girl who helped me was very friendly and had some great recommendations. The sandwich was delicious and you could tell that all ingredients were very fresh. Jersey Mike's blows every other sub shop out of the water, hands down, And this location is top tier. Highly recommend it.
