Today is March 27th the day of giving for the Special Olympics wahington. Jersey Mikes is giving 100% of sales today. I'm disabled with a connective tissue disorder called Marfan Syndrome. I usually order the Portabella Mushroom without the swiss cheese. I'd really like it if there was a dairy free swiss cheese added to the meatless mushroom. Special people need special diets. I'd love to have the dairy free swiss added to the menu. The staff here is amazing. What Jersey Mikes is doing for special people like me is the coolest thing I have ever seen any sub shop do. So I just wanted to say thank you all for looking out for those with special needs like me.

Jersey mikes has always been one of my favorites. It's a lil pricey but dang I love a giant sandwich. The staff there are awesome they are friendly. One guy remembers me every time I come in which makes it kind of cool. Go enjoy a sub.

Every time I go to this Jersey Mikes, I always walk away like...this is the friendliest, most caring group of employees I have ever encountered in this type of food chain stop in restaurants. I mean these guys are consistently kind, friendly, attentive and you just get the feeling that they want you to feel welcome and to have a good day. I just had to stop everything today and write a review about the genuine smiles, the calm and friendly demeanor of this staff. There are many times I go to a food chain only never to revisit because the staff seem to hate their jobs as well as everyone who walks in the door, so no matter how much I like their product I simply do not return. Such is not the case with Jersey Mikes on Mill Plain. I feel like they understand how to appreciate the opportunity to serve others and that they are just a group of good people. Completely disgusting. No clean tables, no napkins, disgusting floor and windows, behind the counter is gross. It took over 15 minutes to get our sandwiches because the people were in the back talking. I haven't had horrible service like this in a very long time. I'm disappointed. Go to the one in Hazel Dell it's a bit better.

It was good, but the bread was a little too hard, which made it hard to bite,I had to pull it hard. And the music was a little too loud for the kind of music they were playing.
Mike and Hannah at the Mill Plain store are the best. They take the time to actually learn their customers names and spark real conversations. Not the typical. My wife and I actually drive across town just to go to their store. Always friendly, always a clean store. You get better vibes than you do at an expensive restaurant. And, they are fast. I really can not say enough about them.

Ordered cheese steak as wanted warm food. Was disappointed as much smaller than expected. Usually eat at Hazel Dell, enough for 2-3 meals. Was planning on half for lunch, ended up eating all for dinner and just warm even tho was just made. Will keep going to Hazel Dell

My wife and I actually drive across town just to go to their store. Always friendly, always a clean store. Really can not say enough about them.

Don't come here if you want good customer service. I clearly told the girl I wanted a chicken sandwich. When I got home, I realized I got a steak sandwich. I called to let them know. No big deal. I asked them to get it started so it could be ready when I arrived. When I got there they didn't have my sandwich ready, they didn't even start it. The girl told me it would be 5 mins to 10 mins max. That was frustrating to hear. They weren't busy at all. It took them 30 minutes to finish my single regular sandwich. They decided to help other people that came in after me instead. Who the fuck does that? Management needs to retrain those idiots or let them go. Customer service at a restaurant isn't hard. Not once did they apologize. Not once over the phone. Not once in person. If I had someone come in because we messed up their order, I would immediately make that my first priority. The people that came in after that order would have to wait a little longer. Not the customer that is already have a bad experience. Horrible service.
