Update: The manager did call us and refunded the order, which was very nice. We placed an order online to be delivered. Just to receive a call 10 minutes later that they have no driver. Delivery is their entire identity, how can they not have a driver? But for $25 more than our $40 order (2 sandwiches) they could use a 3rd party to deliver it...

We came in this evening after swimming, and the cashier was so friendly, kind, and patient while I ordered everyone’s sandwiches and made changes. They had great energy. The sandwich chef made our food so quickly, and it was all correct and delicious. They were also friendly to us! Both employees were amazing, they had great music and even though it was close to closing time they weren’t annoyed and didn’t rush us out. They deserve kudos! So if they see this, thank you both very much :)

Hands down the best Jimmy John’s in Vancouver, the trick is to order your sandwich on their app & then customize, I always select extra tomato, lettuce and cucumber and they really do put an extra amount! I also like adding their crispy jalepenos and jalepeno ranch! Not too much, not too little. The other locations time after time are so stingy with the veggies that it frankly upset me (and I don’t get upset over food haha). Every single time I’ve ordered here I am pleasantly happy with my order! Thank you guys for creating a good & full product worth buying. (Pictured is the beach club, extra cucumber tomato and lettuce + jalepenos ranch and crispy jalapeño!)

Weird loud rave music, dirty seating and counters all around, nothing re-stocked. Nice staff but they don’t seem motivated to do a good job other than the guy on the cashier

1 star for Jimmy Johns as a company, not just this location. I had never been to JJs before. I look at the menu, quickly pick a sandwich with ingredients that I wanted, and place my order. Get home to find lettuce tomato and mayo on my sandwich. Cool. Cant eat it as I am allergic to mayo. So I look up the menu to see how this happened and find that the sandwiches list all ingredients EXCEPT the lettuce tomato mayo. That cute little note is off to the side.When you are trying to quickly pick what you want as to not keep the employees and the line waiting, and the menu is as noisy as JJs is, WHY WOULD THEY EXPECT YOU TO BE ABLE TO TAKE IN EVERY WORD ON THE MENU BEFORE ORDERING????

Always friendly at this Jimmy John’s! Always greeted with a smile and friendly workers. Sandwiches seem to be made with lots of attention. They are fast as they are advertised. Easy to talk to the employees.

This place is terrible. I placed an online order for pickup as soon as possible. Showed up 25 minutes later and they never even started it. Place is empty so it’s not an issue of being too busy. This is the third time this has happened. Terrible customer service.
