Saw a lot of positive reviews and decided to give it a try, staff recommended Italian sandwich and indeed it was good. It was ready in seconds and bun was very nice, fluffy and delicious. A bit expensive though

My mom and I had just stood in line at Jersey Mike's in Salmon Creek for a while only for an employee to tell us they were out of bread... so this is where we ended up. I was surprised to see we were the only customers on a Saturday night when the other place was packed. The attractive cashier was very kind and threw in some oatmeal cookies! This was my first time ever at a Jimmy John's and it exceeded my expectations. Our sandwiches were huge! I got the roast beef and cheddar, it had SO much flavor. We'll be back.

Its a 50/50 chance this store will mess up your order. I understand that life happens, sadly when ever i call to discuss the problem the attendants always make it feel like they do not care. Not planning on spending another dollar at this store.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, shop was clean and quiet, nice environment. The sandwiches were awesome as always, the new hot ones massively elevated it. We were saying we wished JJ did so on the way there and were pleasantly surprised. The Italian ultimate toasted is genuinely one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten, hands down.

Update: The manager did call us and refunded the order, which was very nice. We placed an order online to be delivered. Just to receive a call 10 minutes later that they have no driver. Delivery is their entire identity, how can they not have a driver? But for $25 more than our $40 order (2 sandwiches) they could use a 3rd party to deliver it...
