I went into this location and ordered a Jimmy Cubano, which is on their toasted sandwich menu on their app. It took 15 minutes to make my sandwich and it wasn’t toasted. When I inquired about why it wasn’t toasted she told me it normally wasn’t a toasted sandwich. I said well it’s on the toasted sandwich menu and she’s just apologized to me so I asked if she could toast it. She said no once it’s wrapped I can’t toast it. So thank you for the shitty cold ham and pickle sandwich. I mean a Cuban anywhere is a toasted sandwich. She had zero personality and no customer service at all. I’ll be going to firehouse subs from now on.

This location in specific has reliably gotten every order wrong. Ordering a giant east coast Italian then getting home to realize they never added the peppers is incredibly frustrating.

I didn’t get what I ordered very strange atmosphere presented to me from the counter person . The didn’t give me bacon or the correct size sandwich I didn’t realize this until I got home

Eaten here 3xs and have had 3 bad experiences. It’s one of those sites where the employee turn over is high and nothing is going to be done correctly. This last time my son wanted a turkey sandwich while back to school shopping. Fine I’ll give this place one last try. We got the sandwich and he sat down to eat it and it was all lettuce. There was one slice of turkey that didn’t cover the whole sandwich. I should have taken a picture. He tried to eat it but it was just lettuce, mayo and bread. We ended up throwing it away. I would recommend any other place to eat at the mall.

It was crazy because They gave me two messed up sandwiches on DoorDash and they wouldn’t even give me a refund even though I had pictures proving that the sandwiches were made wrong literally leaving cucumbers and bacon off of a California club like just completely wrong and three sandwiches was $45. I would just go get the stuff and make it at home. Or go someplace, that will correct what they did wrong… Pretty much stole $45 from me thank you guys I always get the on which and it was supposed to be a California didn’t have any bacon cucumber. Nothing as you can see one of them is pretty much only lettuce

The manager jamie was rude, the employees were quite no greetings or even a hi ill be right with you. We ended up just walking out it was that bad. Never going to jimmy johns again. Sad vibes there

Walked in and was told they are out of bread and heading home early. Pretty sure this is a big no no. We drove to this JJs specifically because it was the highest rated with the most reviews to try the new toasted sandwiches. Pretty bummed.

My most recent order took an hour to arrive, even though my office is only five minutes away. This isn’t the first time—it’s the third or fourth time I’ve experienced such a long wait.

I noticed that you’re using Uber for deliveries now, which seems to be contributing to these delays. It’s disappointing because your delivery service used to be much faster. If I had known it would take so long, I would have walked to the store myself and saved at least 30 minutes.

I hope you can address this issue and work on improving the delivery times. Fast service has always been one of the reasons I’ve enjoyed ordering from Jimmy John’s, and I’d love to see that standard return.
