Ordered for pickup, but my kiddo fell asleep on our way. Called and asked if they could do curbside since that’s on option on the website & that I was really close. She guilt tripped me because it would be too inconvenient to walk 30 feet out of the restaurant since there was only 2 people. Ended up having to wake up my 2 year old to bring her in & they didn’t have our order done until at least 10 mins after the time it said to pick up. I wouldn’t care about the wait at all because I get being short staffed, but literally no customer service skills. I wish I hadn’t tipped online already because i wouldn’t tip for that service.

I always love JJ’s. Staff is great, food is consistent, and the restaurant is clean. Be sure to try the regular or salt and vinegar chips with a side of kickin ranch - it’s a game changer!
Took 10-15 minutes to get my sandwich, not because it wasn’t done… but because no one announced my name or number to come over and grab it. Get to my car and the bread is rock hard (bread isn’t supposed to be crunchy I don’t think). They made me another one. Would’ve appreciated some chips or a drink or something since I waited 15 minutes for a terrible sandwich, seemed like no one cared at all lol. Worst JJ experienceEdit: the second sandwich had the same issue. Went back in and asked for a refund and return the sandwich - no food for me. Another customer walked up to me and said ‘I’d suggest you ask for more than a refund because they were bad mouthing you the second you walked out.’Your employees are openly bad mouthing customers with valid grievances for other patrons to hear - enough for your patrons to pull me aside and tell me. Is this how JJ is represented? 2:00 pm on august 11th, all three employees.I expect to hear back.

I had never been fan of "Sub's, Hoagie's, Hero's or Grinders"but I got one in Milwaukee WI. and I was hooked.meats are all cut fresh, if the run out, too bad,the biggest difference between locations is speed.they started in college towns, and when they say "Freaky Fast" it's true.you order then pay, as I get my change, I got the sandwich, THAT FAST.order, pay, and done.NOT so much in the PNW. their food is still great.
