I ate at the Vancouver Mall on Monday and today I chose to eat at chaklov drive and it was horrible compared to Vancouver mall the sandwich I got today at chaklov had hardly any meat on it compared to van mall the bread was very hard and it didn’t come with all the topping I ordered to be on it through the app A replacement would be nice

Came in and was looking at the menu (don't come in often). The employee was starting at me awkwardly while I decided. Once I ordered he started before I got to say what kind of bread/ask for no tomatos/or add any toppings. He didn't ask me if I wanted to add anything. $20 for a sandwich I didn't get to say what I wanted on. Won't be back.

Service was ok, but $18 for a COLD sandwhich with a 2 oz bag of chips and NO DRINK is ludicrous. And no, there is no gold in the sandwhich or the hand full of chips.

This is specifically for the Chkalov location. My wife is currently at work without a vehicle, and I was trying to order her JJ online, through the JJ website. After the website reloaded/timed out multiple times I called to place an order over the phone. The first person who answered was very nice, but couldn't hear well and passed the phone to another associate. When he answered I explained I wanted to place an order for delivery. He suggested I order online, and I explained it wasn't working. He then told me the delivery time was extended because they don't have sufficient driving staff, and we should pick up instead. I understood and explained pick up wasn't an option and said we would wait the extra time. He then began to ask for my information before telling me because I don't have an account made, that this process would take even longer, and was I sure I wanted to continue. I said yes, my wife needs food, even if the wait was 45minutes. He then suggested, once again I try online, and if the website wasn't working maybe I should try using door dash or uber eats.
At this point we could have already finished the simple turkey tom and coke order. I have never had to fight for my ability to order from an establishment. This place needs a refresher in work effort, and not passing the non-ideal situations off on another third party app that charges more for the same service.

So after having amazing customer service at a neighboring retail store. I had a rather unpleasant experience at this particular Jimmy Johns. I has ordered a combo meal. Which was soso. But when I took a sip from the fountain dispenser drink that I ordered, I almost had to spit out. Dumbass that I as zi took a second sip to make sure that I wasn't being a princess. Nope pretty gross. It's pretty obvious that the filters haven't been changed in a while. So, I went back to ask for my money back for the drink. And the manager on 10/20/24. Just kind if looked at me with this incredulous look. And I quietly tried to explain "i think you meed to change the filters, and can I get my money back for the drink? He looked at me and said in a rather confused but annoyed way and said. "Oh that would be kind of hard". No apologies, no oh sorry ma'am. Or embarrassment. So, I just grabbed a bottle of water from the very limited selection. Poor food quality for the price. And even worse customer service. Jersey Mikes has nothing to worry about.

30-40 mins wait for 2 sandwiches, no one in the store, because they nees to fill some large mobile order. Take 5 mins and make 2 sandwiches. Super fast? Not at this location and I have to think the owners wouldn't want a customer handled that way.

I love Jimmy Johns, don't get it often , i only gave 2 star cuz they did greet me with respect and cheer.. but i was very disappointed in how the bread was all stacked just sitting out exposed to all the crud in the air.. my bread was over baked and hard tore up my mouth and I was gonna eat there but apparently the manager and 2 other workers felt it was more important to just sit around and BS instead of cleaning their tables and seats.. literally every single one of table and seat had food all over them.. so disappointed, don't think I'll be going to this store anymore is was really dirty and unsanitary
Abhorrent pricing. I seriously paid 17.00 for a 6" wrap when in the picture looks bigger and didn't specify sizing on Uber eats. Definitely not worth it here AT ALL! Disgusting scam. This should be criminal. To clarify...The 17.00 is BEFORE taxes and fees, my total order came to $23 for a 6" wrap and a tiny bite size cookie where the picture looks bigger. WILL DEFINITELY NOT COME BACK EVER AGAIN!

Emily the manager has exceptional service. Rarely do you come across anyone who cares anymore when it comes to the food industry and she went above and beyond. Started with me calling due to receiving my order that had a packaging issue. She dispatched me out some new food and was so kind and understanding. I’m ridiculously beyond sick right now so her bit of compassion made my night. Coming from someone who used to shift manage this exact location 8 years ago I’m happy to see the same quality in the service.
