The cashier was nice but the lady who made my sandwich messed up the order twice, I was not satisfied and gave a lot of attitude I will not be returning to this location ever.

Overpriced and skimpy on the toppings. 36 bucks for a wrap, sandwich and a drink. That was with a tip I now regret. I left unsatisfied.

I just went in. There was only one girl there. She sid not even look up or acknowledge me. Another person came in. She went right over and took care of him-he had called his order in. She got something to mark the containers she had on a table. Called over to me she would be there in a minute. The service are was all full of bits of food and bread crumbs. I ended walking out. I thought Jimmy John's was supposed to be really fast service. I was very disappointed 😞

The fullsized Pepe sandwich had 1 piece of ham and 1 piece of cheese. A complete rip off. Very nice when called about the problem.

There was no meat on my sandwich when I got home. My girlfriend only had one slice of meat on her sandwich. I spent $30 on both of them. I will never go back

I love Jimmy John's. Exactly what I would expect from a place like this.

I paid $40 for 3 flat sandwichs that had very little meat no flavor with no toppings. Never again. Hell I'd rather go to subway. I hate subway. Jersey Mike or firehouse if you want a good sandwich.

Poor treatment by management staff, every time. I have celiac disease and yes, I understand the potential risks. I ask for a lettuce wrap, wipe down the cutting board, clean gloves, everything to at least minimize cross contamination. I have gone three times, third time I hoped for a different outcome. Every time from the same two female managers, I receive rolled eyes, attitude by voice and body language, treated as an inconvenience. I get it, I am a little extra work. I heard comments from the ladies my first time eating at this location, to other employees saying I am not really gluten free and rolled their eyes. There is even a sign to notify staff of any allergies, I do. Treat your customers better.

Dietary restrictions: Celiac Disease

The 3 dudes in there ll watching you tube videos when I picked the sandwich up, no wonder. They can't even make a sandwich. Come on

The food was fine but there were no napkins in the bag. I was staying at a hotel so their towels ended up with an avocado schmear.

Got one of my orders wrong but James was awesome, very apologetic & kind so was his coworker Josh. They are welcoming & really nice young men! I’d come here again because of their great customer service!

First off… no greeting when we walked in. Wouldn’t say the staff was necessarily rude, but definitely not friendly and inviting.

There was not a clean seat in the house despite 1/2 dozen people working.

Ordered a salami and cheese for my kiddo. He wanted meat, cheese and mayo.

Everytime we’ve been into this store, they ring it up as a slim for $7.25. This time they rang it up as a $9.95 Vito and took all the other stuff off.

When I asked if they doubled the salami in exchange for all the other meats they removed, she said “no.” When I asked why I was charged for a Vito, she said “You can’t have mayo on a slim”.

When I asked “so I just paid $2.70 for mayo?” The lady I was speaking with just laughed and said “yah”.

When I asked if a manager was working so I could speak with them, she just said “yes” and walked off.

We may not come here often, but we’ll definitely never be back now.
