My order was delivered by Uber… what the heck, the only reason I order from Jimmy John’s is the speed of delivery. Might as well order from a better place if Uber is delivering it slow anyway.

For a fast food sandwich shop, on a mid range budget, simple is best. The bread doesn't dry out. The meats and veggies seem fresh prepared (no sog or wilt), and flavor is not fancy but still flavorful. The staff is fast, friendly, and attentive at this location. Pretty good parking availability near Target and AT&T store. If you want fast (never a long line), with a clean environment in case you want to sit and eat, then this is a nice location.Parking: 20+Wheelchair accessibility: At least 2 Wheelchair spots that I saw.

They need to fire the tweaker who works on the back table and the young man who is working the front. They messed up how I was charged and the sandwiches I ordered and both sandwiches had nice long black hair in them give me a break this place is disgusting.See the response "we don't roll that way" real professional. Probably the tweakers response ?

I work down the street. This place routinely screws up my order, or fails to deliver it on time, or at all when I place an order for delivery.If you need a quick bite, I recommend just going into the store, if at all. There are better options out there. Don't get delivery, it will not come on time, or at all.

Everytime I order from here it takes over an hour for delivery, I work less than a mile away. If I call and ask about my order, they just say yeah it's out for delivery even without asking for my name?

I’ve been to this Jimmy John’s several times, and it is far far far from being super freaky fast. If anything, they are super freaky slow, every single time. I am not sure what their problem is, but the other locations don’t seem to have the same issues as they do. Usually, at other locations, I get my sandwich in about five minutes or less. Today’s experience at this location, was that I waited forever for my sandwich, and when I got it, it was wrong. They remade it, which took quite a while as well. When I got home and opened my sandwich, it looked like I asked for a sandwich with my onions. Jeebus!

No exaggeration, This is the worst Jimmy John’s in the country. It’s the only one that has been an hour late on delivery, and also delivered to the wrong house so I’ve stopped trusting them for delivery. (We live .25 miles away). Tonight, I called 3 times to order for pickup and was hung up on immediately. When they answered on the 4th attempt they said it was a 20 minute wait to start on my order because they were out of bread. The management of this location is uniquely horrendous.

We have been to this Jimmy John's many times. My favorite is the #13 Cubano. My family has tried many sandwiches, and they have all been good. The service has always been great. I am unsure why there are so many bad reviews. We love this place. I'm glad we ignored the bad reciews and tried it!

BASICALLY PULLING THE RUG OUT FROM UNDER ME ON A VERY BUSY AND STRESSFUL WEEKEND RUNNING AN EVENT.WE FOLLOWED ALL OF THE RULES AND PUT IN THE SANDWICH ORDERS FOR INDIVIDUALS VIA EMAIL ADDRESSES ADDED. THE REASON 2ND ORDERS WERE ADDED WAS THAT OTHER ATTENDEES GOT BACK TO ME LATER AND I NEEDED TO CREATE ANOTHER GROUP ORDER FOR EACH DAY.NOW AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE BETWEEN THE TWO ORDERS FOR EACH DAY WE'RE MAYBE TALKING 15 SANDWICHES MAX.I WAS CALLED FRIDAY EVENING TO CONFIRM THE ORDERS WERE "GOOD TO GO" OR "REAL". I CALLED BACK, I TEXTED BACK TO CONFIRM, "YES". THE NEXT DAY SATURDAY, THE DAY OF THE EVENT, I GET A CALL FROM A WOMAN AT THE STORE WHERE THE ORDERS WERE PLACED. SHE IMMEDIATELY CAME OFF FRUSTRATED, UPSET, AND TELLING ME THAT SHE WONT BE ABLE TO FULFILL THE ORDER UNLESS WE COME "PICK IT UP". TO WHICH I REPLIED, AS LONG AS THe DELIVERY FEES ARE WAVED, THATS FINE. BUT SHE PROCEEDED TO MELT DOWN, CRY, YELL AT ME, HANG UP ON ME, DECRY HER JOB, POSITION, AND NECESSITY TO DO WORK. AT THAT POINT, I DONT WANT THIS PERSON MAKING OUR FOOD, THE SITUATION DEVOLVED INTO SOMETHING IT NEVER SHOULD HAVE.I THOUGHT I WAS A CUSTOMER? I THOUGHT I WAS PAYING FOR A SERVICE PROVIDED BY JIMMY JOHNS? TO BE TREATED THIS WAY, TO NOT GET OUR ORDERS, AND TO HAVE IT BE THE DAY OF WITH ZERO RECOURSE IS A TRAVESTY BEYOND IMAGINATION. I have ordered delivery from this location more than a dozen times and my complete order, usually consisting of 2-3 sandwiches, has NEVER been correct. I just don't get it. I go months in between ordering from there again, hoping they've made changes, but nope! Order wrong again. They just keep disappointing me.
