I can’t believe that this place charge you to use theirs restrooms !
Not to mention , the smile is absent when you walk in inside the store you feel immediately unwelcome with the way how they starring and look At you , like they don’t want you there or ready to fight , zero star if I could for theirs customer service and attitude .

Bad vibes, I wouldn’t spend a penny at this place .

Everytime my wife and I eat here the food has been phenomenal. I've only dealt with the lady and she's always been easy to deal with. The serving size is pretty decent also plus you get a salad, which I never eat simply cause I'm full but the ingredients are fresh every time.

I called in and ordered gluten free teriyaki as I’ve had at this location a few times. It’s hard to find gluten free anywhere. I get to my car to eat it and they didn’t put any sauce on it. The lady lied to me and said she’s been here for 6 years and they’ve never had gluten free teriyaki sauce. I went here earlier this year multiple times and they’ve always had gluten free
teriyaki sauce.

I requested $5 back because I wanted gluten free teriyaki sauce and that’s when she lied to me saying they never had gluten free teriyaki sauce. They should have warned me on the phone and not just given me dry teriyaki chicken.

It’s hard enough having to be gluten free because of health issues. And this is salt on the wound. Never coming back😡

I'm picky about meat quality and this establishment has good chicken and beef. Reasonable prices, fast and friendly service. Will definitely be coming here again.

Came in today and order a Chicken Breast Bowl and another bowl to go. Got home and and began to enjoy our meal. Less than half way into eating, I tried to bite into a piece of chicken and couldn't bite through it. My husband tried to bite a different piece and also found that he couldn't bite all the way through. It seemed that quite a few pieces (maybe pieces from a different breast left over) ended up in my bowl that may have been under cooked. They were tough and I couldn't chew. Just spit it out. I called the restaurant and they ask that I bring it in, which I did immediately. That was pointless. The manager brushed me off saying that all the chicken in the bowl looked the same, they have been giving it out all day with no issues, the grill is at 200°, and no other complaints. She also mentioned that I had eaten almost half the meal. Umm... yes! Not like I could have magically picked out the undercooked pieces. She just disregarded everything I was trying to explain. I wasn't looking for an new meal or even a refund, just for them to be careful. It's poultry. People can get sick... But she didn't seem to care!!

Terrible customer service. Asked to use the bathroom as my toddler needed to go and every place around didn’t allow bathroom. Was told we had to buy something so I said that’s fine give me a soda and my husband asked for the key to take toddler- they refused to give us the key while we were getting the card so my toddler could use the bathroom saying we had to complete the transaction before they key would be given- yet I was standing right there so it was obvious we were paying. Teo customers behind us were so upset with how the situation was handled they left and said they would eat somewhere else- they asked the employee to give the key as well while we were finding the card in the diaper bag. They lost 4 customers all over a bathroom key while waiting for a 2$ soda transaction to complete.

Love love love this place. The people are always lovely, the place is clean and well decorated, and of course, the food is always amazing! Always hot and fresh!!!

The chicken teriyaki was both moist and flavorful! The portion sizes were off the charts. I was able to get two meals out of my order. The Manager was very attentive to each and every customer. I’d definitely add that the former rating shouldn’t influence your decision to consider this restaurant!
