I was a regular and loved the Ramen. I couldn't wait for them to reopen. Im so disappointed, I went today. I sat 20 mins before a server came to apologize for the wait, she promised she would be right back with waters, she never returned. I seen a large group get up and leave, I seen 2 other tables getting upset as they were waiting before I arrived. I waited 11 more minutes and finally gave up and left. They were great before they decided to go bigger. I will try again but i may wait awhile for them to get it together.

The new renovation looks amazing, and they are still the best ramen place in town! The avocado rolls were great and the ramen is still delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

Love kenjis whenever I'm in the conversation! I love getting the original while my husband gets the teriyaki. Will definitely be going back.

Plus the t shirts are super cool šŸ˜Ž

Last time we went, they had messed up their menu and shrinkflated their portions. The bowls didn’t even hold enough broth anymore. There was even a guy walking around talking to customers trying to sanity-wash the bad choices. Which in itself was an odd ā€œadding insult to injuryā€ type of choice. The food was okay but a ramen meal should be rich and filling, not an appetizer. I don’t think we’ll be back, this area is too competitive with ramen to settle for mediocrity.

Kenji's is really hopping for a joint that's slightly out of the way. You're lucky to get a table without a reservation. The staff are in constant motion. The food and service is superb for a ramen restaurant. I like the Gyoza, which is a pot sticker/dumpling thing. My wife love the Kenji's Ramen. I like the Kaizen Ramen. It's plenty of food. Check out my profile for more great eateries and craft cocktail bars. -VanPort Insider

I have been coming here since the day they opened years ago. I’ve always had the greatest time and it’s a place I regularly recommend to my friends. I went in there yesterday after not visiting for a wile and had the most phenomenal experience ever there. I’d hard they were making changes and I ended up chatting with one of the managers, Cody, about them. He told me how they were expanding the restaurant and how he was striving to make Kenji’s better than ever. I order a Kenji’s ramen every time I go and the changes he has made to the dish made it even better than all the previous years I’ve had it. I am truly grateful to meet someone with so much pride in their business and I cannot wait to see them excel as the best ramen place in the Pacific Northwest, if not the world. Thank you again Cody for your phenomenal service, and to the rest of the Kenji’s staff that always make every trip an enjoyable one. Y’all are the best!

Went to Kenji for the first time in four months. Owner has changed. The broth is so sour and gross now. The noodles were not cooked, and the portion has gone down with the price increase. My party of four paid and was asked to leave because there was people waiting. Will never return. It’s sad cause this used to be my favorite ramen place.
