This Killer Burger has it figured out. The service is efficient, staff are friendly, and food is made to perfection. When I'm dashing I never have to wait--the order is always ready when I get there which is super rare in Vancouver these days. Great job KB Orchard's location... you are the best!!!Kid-friendliness: It's a perfect place to take your kid out to eat!Wheelchair accessibility: It's completely wheelchair accessible, and the layout and tables accommodate wheelchairs nicely.

This was the best place to get a chicken sandwich until they switched from a real piece of chicken to 2 cheap chicken strips that are made from minced chicken. Yuck!!! Won’t be returning unless they go back to the better chicken.

First time eating here, I tried the peanut butter pickle bacon burger and it did not disappoint. I am a fries person so I'd order their fries every day if I could. Variety of drinks of course but my go to was half sweet tea half raspberry sweet tea. Will definitely be coming back to try a different burger.
The food is good. The only thing I disliked about the food is this spread they put on the burgers. Fries are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. This is what I call the perfect fry. Killer burger offers several different types of burgers ? They offer refillable soft drinks, several types of beers, and ciders. When we opened the door we were greeted immediately!! The young lady that took our order was pleasant. Based off that alone changed my whole attitude. Food was great!! Waaaaaay better service than Chipotle next door to them. We walked in there first and customer service was poor... The girl ran her hands through her hair with her gloves on and then asked if she can help us. I was so disgusted by their overall customer service and sanitation therefore ended up at Killer Burger!! Best decision ever!! Killer Burger is Fabulous in my book!! I'll be back!! ??????????
Wow these burgers are no joke! Got takeout and honestly we were floored by how delicious the food was. We didn’t dine in but place was busy and the staff seemed friendly when I picked up. Highly recommend their classic burger! Try the spicy g sauce, it was awesome to dip my fries in.
Ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches and fries. The sandwiches consisted of two chicken strips on a cold bun. Not the chicken breast as shown on the menu. No communication with me regarding a change in my order, nothing. Unacceptable. You work too hard for your money, go somewhere else for lunch. No need to overpay for subpar service.
