The place is decent. And I often stop by since it's close to my work. Food is decent but way overpriced. Especially if you consider also wanting to tip the servers. There is also the issue of inconsistent speed. They are either quick and efficient or just slow. A bunch of people in the side kitchen area and one cashier working at a drawn-out slow pace. Even if it's not busy, I imagine customers don't want to wait super long to set their order and then wait another 15-20 minutes for their order to arrive. I once had to wait 25+ min after ordering only for the food to come out cold. Overall, very meh. I'm not trying to be a Karen, but there needs to be consistency. And all you can do is stand and try to be polite so you don't come off as rude to the servers because they deal with enough rude ppl. I've had differing experiences every visit.

Great coffee and food. Fun atmosphere. A little too expensive for me but a lovely place!

The team provides excellent service and our food is exceptionally fresh and delicious.

I have walked right by this place a few times now and I'm so glad I went in today! I have annoying dietary restrictions right now and Anna was so amazing and helped me find what was right for me. The smoked salmon salad is amazing. Such a steal for only $13! Very generous portions of salmon and avocado and all of the produce was super fresh and expertly selected. I mean honestly. not even a bruise on this avocado. And look at how cute the coffee is! How do they do that?! I didn't try to sweets but the selections look really good. I'm a sucker for healthy sweets and they have a chia seed pudding with my name on it for next time.

The inside of the shop is gorgeous. The music is good and not too loud. It is not too cold or too hot in here, and who doesn't love getting to sit on a swing.

Oh man I can't wait to come back and give them more of my money.

Great food but the tables and everything around so dirty, workers did not clean the tables…

Came here for a meeting of 5 people. We easily found a coffee table to sit around & conducted our business. All different kinds of coffee were ordered & seemed to be enjoyed by everyone. They even topped my cappuccino with a nice design. The staff was friendly, the store & bathroom were clean, and the huge parking lot accommodated everyone. Don’t know about pricing, as I was treated to my drink!

The food and drinks were good as well as service. I liked the swing seat but don't think I'll go back because of price.

Make sure to check your receipt. Prices charged don’t match listed prices, they tried to say it’s the tax, but that was separate. Love their coffee and the selection of pastries is great, but the pricing debate felt shady.

A good cafe and very tasty coffee, I'm reducing one point because sometimes they don't listen carefully to the order, and also a couple of times they simply forgot about our order.

Horrible customer service and waits are outrageous!

I visited this place today with my family and were very unhappy and disappointed. There were 2 girls working, there were a few visitors and they were all already sitting at the tables, we were waiting for at least someone to come up to us and at least say something like: “I’ll come to you now,” or at least look at us, but no, we were completely ignored! For about 10 minutes there was no attention, as if we were not there! We left this place disappointed! I don't recommend it!

I love this place very much! There is super tasty coffee and usually there are friendly employees. Good atmosphere.
The only thing I wish them to improve is to reduce waiting time (I stay in the line for 10-15 minutes and there is no one person who take an order) and also add price to bakery, that’s it!
By the way this is one of my favorite places at Vancouver to take a sip of coffee❤️

I think I'm in love with this place! We came in on a Saturday Morning during their quiet time. We ordered a salted caramel pistachio latte and a vanilla matcha lattes and they were perfect! They were just the right amount of sweet and we love latte art! The pastries were amazing! The mixed berry Danish was perfectly flaky, the sugar coating added texture and the perfect sweetness! The Spanish Danish was pretty and flaky and the filling was exactly what I wanted! The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was lovely. We love the swing chairs! Staff was friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back for the other pastries! 💖💖💖

Everything was delicious, I love there Mix berry bread croissants was so good never tasted anything before, as well the matcha lavender drink, the service was nice!
