This food truck is a national treasure. The portions are massive and insanely delicious. I have not had cat fish this good since leaving the south. The cakes were moist and rich without being overly sweet and the gouda lasagna was fantastic. All hail Kriseys Kitchen - I will follow her to any pod she resides in. There are no pictures of food because I was too busy eating it.

I want to give a HUGE shot out to Krisey's Kitchen !! We picked up 3 meals yesterday and, I'm not play'n, they exceeded all my expectations. From their top of the line customer service to the amazing food, I just had to share. It is so important to support small businesses!! Attached to this business are beautiful humans with BIG dreams. All of this for just one person!!!!! If you live in the Vancouver/Portland area, I would encourage you to try them for yourself!! I do not play about my food either!! I will be going back soon!!!!!!!

The food was so amazing, & āMamaā, thatās what I call her, was so fun to talk to. I told her I didnāt like catfish. She told me I probably never had good catfish and that was the problem. I ordered the platter with shrimp, crab cake & calamari. But she threw in a free piece of catfish and told me I needed to try it and share it with my dad who was from the south. Holy smokes Batman! It was so fresh! The thickness was perfect so it wasnāt dried out at all. It was crispy and the seasoning was delicious! Thank you Mama!!! She was at the Battle Ground, WA food truck park now.

Idk who the amazing owner is but I tried them for the first time and it was sooo good. I had to follow her on FB just to see the daily meal updates! I ordered a chicken breast plate and the chicken breading was seasoned perfectly. The sides were very delicious too. The portions and seasoning are very generous and I love that!

Fantastic food, friendly staff. The fried catfish was amazing and their tartar sauce is awesome. The price seemed high but the generous portion and delicious sides make it a fantastic value. We will be back again.
She happened to open a little later than expected. We waited and had to miss her but she made it up the next time! Absolutely the best service and food! Great portions, we fed all 4 of us eating at the time. So delicious! 100% recommend!

I got tricked into driving all the way to middle vancouver to hunt for the place and after finding out it wasn't there, had to blues clues my ass all the way out to battle ground to find out they are closed.
