This food truck is a national treasure. The portions are massive and insanely delicious. I have not had cat fish this good since leaving the south. The cakes were moist and rich without being overly sweet and the gouda lasagna was fantastic. All hail Kriseys Kitchen - I will follow her to any pod she resides in. There are no pictures of food because I was too busy eating it.

I want to give a HUGE shot out to Krisey's Kitchen !! We picked up 3 meals yesterday and, I'm not play'n, they exceeded all my expectations. From their top of the line customer service to the amazing food, I just had to share. It is so important to support small businesses!! Attached to this business are beautiful humans with BIG dreams. All of this for just one person!!!!! If you live in the Vancouver/Portland area, I would encourage you to try them for yourself!!...

The food was so amazing, & “Mama”, that’s what I call her, was so fun to talk to. I told her I didn’t like catfish. She told me I probably never had good catfish and that was the problem. I ordered the platter with shrimp, crab cake & calamari. But she threw in a free piece of catfish and told me I needed to try it and share it with my dad who was from the south. Holy smokes Batman!
