Freshly made my butt, the guy at the counter had only a few chicken tenders left, no dark or white meat, no Mac and cheese, no mash potatoes, about 5 sandwiches he said we're fresh. The bun is dang brick! Might be good but apparently going at 4 pm on a Friday isnt it.

Delicious juicy well breaded chicken and the blueberry muffin, wow! Every time we’re near the store we always stop for the chicken. The store it’s clean and well stocked. The ladies (assuming they’re the owners) are so friendly. The chicken and store it’s recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I asked about the family meal, something clearly listed on the menu. The associate responded rudely and said, “You want the chicken or leave. 2.99 a piece.” I was shocked by the tone and lack of basic customer service. That level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place based on how I was treated.

This is the second time that I tried to pick up chicken at this place but chicken have not been made and it was close to 11a on a Sunday. Very disappointing and the staff showed no sense of urgency. All they had was a few chicken strips.

Once I managed to get there after they started cooking, and wait for a fresh batch of chicken to finish and then for the sides I ordered to be prepared, it turned out pretty good. This place definitely lives up to its name, the chicken was tender and juicy while the coating had a very satisfying crunch, the biscuits, honey butter and blueberry, both were very tasty if a bit dry, and the potato wedges were plentiful and well seasoned. The other sides that i got, the jambalaya and mac n cheese, while they were very good, were also luke warm at best, and I had to wait a longer for them to be done as the one taking my order had not remembered I ordered them.
So overall impression is that it is best to call half hour ahead to place your order as it takes about a half hour for them to prep it. Also, this is a good place to get chicken despite it being inside a gas station convenience store.

Had some of this KK chicken a week ago along I-5 and decided to try more. On line they have the full menu... So I drove out there at 11:30AM and all they have are tenders. That's it. I just walked away. Don't advertise what you don't have.
My son and friend went in to get snacks. An employee rudely told them to take their scooters outside. They put the scooters at the front door, went to the cash register to pay and the employee accused them of trying to steal WHILE HE WAS TRYING TO PAY. The employee then lectured them about the consequences of theft. The kids will be going to the convenience store across the street from now on where there is good customer service.

Great chicken! Always fresh and crispy. The biscuits are good too. I do recommend calling your order in if you are getting a large order. They make small batches so it is always hot and fresh.
