We stopped in for a quick bite and found such a cute place. It feels new and like it's just getting on its feet as a place, but it's clear that whoever is cooking has been cooking these dishes forever. The food is simple and flavorful and the sauces will have you licking your plate clean. The staff is so kind and ready to help you understand the menu.

Very welcoming staff and the food was wonderful, tasted like home. Had a great experience for our first time there. Excited to have a Filipino restaurant here in town. There's more on the menu that's not in the dish recommendation choices and those I would recommend. I'd recommend trying the whole menu anyway. The fresh lumpia is BIG. I want to go back again and get the halo halo.

We had the lumpia, bbq pork skewers and fried pork belly. Everything was wonderful, especially the pork skewers. The server (Alfred) was really nice, bringing multiple levels of spices to add and telling us about his favorites. Highly recommended! It turned what could have been an average experience into a wonderful one!

Wish I could give 0 stars.
Worst restaurant experience of my life… I ordered from there last night. They said it would be about 30-45 minutes. I came after 43 minutes. They said my food was not done yet and said another 25-30 minutes. I sat in my car reluctantly since I already paid(much higher prices than their online menu said.) I came back in 25 minutes later and they said they were finishing it up now… I went and sat for another 10 minutes in my car and came back inside. I inquired about my food and the lady went back to ask the chef if it was done and he very rudely said no. She came back and told me no and that she doesn’t know how long. I told her that the other lady said that they were just finishing it up 10 minutes ago so she went back again to ask and this time I could here the chef loudly telling her that’s not his problem and he’s not working on phone or online orders right now…. She came back and said it could be up to another hour so I asked for a refund since my kids were all waiting for dinner at home and at this point it had been like an hour and a half since I ordered the food with no idea how much longer it might be. There were only like 4/5 tables with people inside and only one table that didn’t have food already at it. It was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had and I’ve never written a bad review anymore, I just couldn’t believe how rude the chef was and what an awful experience. They could’ve just chosen not to take my order if they couldn’t prepare it. We ended up getting fast food and I wasn’t able to feed my kids dinner until like 8:30. Filipino food is one of our favorites, looks like we’ll continue driving to fork and spoon in Portland.

Disappointed… we waited 1 hr for the food to come and only 2 out of the 6 orders came out. We waited for another 45 mins just to find out that we were not getting the rest of the food. They were unorganized as they don’t list out the orders when they take them so they don’t remember who ordered the food. They yell out the food when they come out and people just claim them. I don’t think I’ve ever waited this long in a restaurant. I’m so sad because we really wanted to try the food we ordered.

MANILA COUVE ?….. We went there tonight for our dinner. Oh their food is so delicious and really you know it’s Filipino food. My kids ordered adobo & sisig, while me and my husband ordered bicol express & I ordered dinuguan. I was so impressed and it was so delicious. This restaurant is clean and atmosphere is so welcoming! The people that worked there are so nice! The cook is so friendly and chatted with us! The price reasonable and totally worth it! I am so glad we do have Filipino restaurant close by! Come visit them! We will be coming back for sure!

Horrible restaurant, my 14 year old who was reported missing at the time was eventually found here with the owners and she suffered severe alcohol poisoning, the owners teenage daughter even poisoned another student at a public school and is known to deal fentynal. Horrible people, with the amount of complaints from the community this place should be shut down being so close to the middle school.

Unique restaurant with good food and great service! The owner was really nice and I think the Filipino/Mexican combo is so cool. I got pork adobo and it was great, definitely going to go back and try something else.
