Thick-cut bacon, green leaf lettuce, sliced tomato, avocado, and a fried egg, stacked together on a freshly baked croissant. Finished with our house-made pesto aioli.
GH Grilled Wild Albacore Tuna Melt -
Wild Albacore tuna mixed with premium mayonnaise and finely chopped celery, onions, and carrots, then topped with tomato and melted cheddar cheese. Served on our fresh Provence sourdough bread.
GH Monte Cristo -
Smoked turkey, ham, Swiss, cheddar, pineapple, tomato, and mayonnaise layered on our sourdough bread. Stacked, dipped in egg batter, then grilled to golden brown. Served with raspberry jam and a side: green salad, potato salad, or fresh fruit. Our Cristo is cured for 24 hours to maintain its structure. NO SUBSTITUTIONS or CHANGES, please.

Better than advertised! Been wanting to check this place out since our move to Camas. Finally got a chance and although they were busy, we were sat right away and received with excellent service. The chocolate croissant was delightful, I had the special on our waiters recommend and it was great. Really enjoyed the potato pancake and french toast.

Look forward to coming back and enjoying many more of their pastry and breakfast options.

I have driven past here many times and have not stopped. However this morning I decided to. Being a Sunday it was VERY busy. They do not take reservations on the weekends and on the weekdays only take reservations for parties over 6. This is obviously a hotspot to go, however the wait times can be a bit long.
Me being just me to eat meant I was able to be quickly accommodated to sit at the bar to have
my breakfast.
Excellent eggs benedict, so-so bloody...

Sat outside on the patio area. Such great atmosphere, our waitress was super friendly and great recommendations. The omelette was great and the croissant was so soft and flaky with a purée dip. 10/10
