I've been here many times over the past 8 years and food is always excellent. The customer service was horrible today. The lady answering the phone was incredibly rude and short with me and didn't seem like she wanted to talk to me or have me order a cake. It felt like Seinfeld's soup nazi episode where people just keep going there because the food is great and you have to put up with their horrible service.

Ordered a birthday cake on Thursday for a Sunday pickup. Upon arrival staff were very friendly. Upon inspection cake was nice but believe presentation could have been better. Writing on cake was presentable for the most part. Upon enjoying cake it was very moist and a good quality cake.

I've always heard this is a good bakery. The first time I ordered here I was really disappointed but thought maybe I had ordered the wrong kind of cake since we ordered a buttercream which I had never tried before.
So giving it a second chance we ordered a chocolate rum cake which should have been good. However both cakes lacked flavor... Pretty much at the same level as a store-bought cake. Looks good on the outside, with no flavor!

Eternally grateful and loyal to Larsons. I was stuck at work and made the mistake that the bakery closes at 5 instead of4 (100%) my fault. The woman stayed past her shift the be there for my husband to rush over with our 2 babies losing it.
I will forever be loyal! I don’t know the woman’s name but thank for being so kind and I hope you know that this meant so much to me.
Thank you so much for the fresh strawberries and cream cake for a grad party. It was amazing and everyone was asking where I got it and what kind it is! The bavarian cream and whipped frosting is so good

I ordered a cake to pick-up while visiting. It took a few tries calling to be able to place the order, but once I got ahold of someone, the ordering and payment process was easy. The cake looked better than my expectations (their website does not do the cakes justice). They had a case full of beautiful cakes and desserts. The staff were polite and efficient.

Stopped by on a whim to see if my sweet tooth could be remedied. I bought a slice of Marionberry Cake and a Lemon Cupcake. Oh my, both were excellent. Sweet tooth remedied, check!
