I love the food here but the last time I went - my chips were stale and the chilli was different : recipe is changed.

The worst laughing planet I've ever been to. Bar none. Worst experience ever. Dont waste your time. Overpriced garbage with beard hairs in your food. Nice. Completely inappropriate conversations while customers are within ear shot. All while youre making the ordered food. Just poor experience. Will never be back. I hope this one gets shut down.

I think this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had in my life. We showed up, waited for service and were told they couldn’t pour alcoholic beverages because no one working was of age to do so. They got our food order wrong and they gave us the oldest looking queso cheese dip possible. The staff remade my burrito and made undesirable substitutions as they ran out of ingredients. I’m unsure why they didn’t ask me first or let me know they were out of certain items. Overall, the employees were rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

This place is great. Ample outdoor seating, lots of food to meet the needs of folks with a range of dietary restrictions or none at all. Free refills on iced tea and lemonade. And alcoholic beverage options as well.

Laughing Planet Cafe in Vancouver is recognized for its healthy offerings and family-friendly atmosphere, though there is feedback suggesting enhancements in flavor and ingredient preparation could further elevate the dining experience.
The crew is fantastic. No questions need to be asked.
Food is just ok.
My wife and I stopped for Lunch around 11:30am. She had the Harvest Bowl and I had the BBQ Quesadilla. Both were very good. Only one other table had customers so pretty quiet. Lots of lunch to go orders though. Love the play figure vibe.

The food tasted good, but the amount you got for $15 was very small.

Food was cold and lackluster in taste. Had the chicken schwarma bowl - chicken was dry and everything else was mushy. The black iced tea was the color of urine. All this for $45. Will not be back.

Here's $3.25 worth of tofu.... Lol
Chili was good but seems to taste like it came out of a can/bag. They must be using canned carrots etc or something.
Also found some nylon bristles in my chili?
Customer service was great and I probably would give them another try and eat here again.

I walked in and the person at the register just started at me and my partner. After we found a menu and gave our order, we seated ourselves which was easy because the place was empty. The food was brought to us in a decent amount of time but there were no utensils provided. The food was rather tasteless. I gave the food two stars because it was warm and looked edible. There really isn't anything else I could say about it. After a few mouthfuls we decided we'd rather not eat it and left to go to a better restaurant.

I’m on the fence with this spot. I can’t get over 2 things 1. the undercooked rice in my Thai bowl and 2. the fact that there were thick ring stains around both of their toilet bowls in the ladies along with a couple other stains around the toilet seat area in the restroom and it really made me question their cleanliness. It was barely 12 noon which means they were likely in that condition from the night before. Ruined my appetite. The rest of the bowl was good but … now I’m questioning the cutlery, the bowl itself, the glasses….🙁 I really wanted to enjoy this place since it’s my first time in Vancouver.
