Little Caesars Pizza

Came in to pick up an order, told it would be a couple minutes. Waited 20, then checked on it. Said they were waiting on one more item. Waited another 15, then was told “I’m not sure when your order will be done, I would probably just cancel it.” 🤦‍♂️

When I came in, nobody greeted me and when I got my pizza I needed some red crushed pepper packets as the area they were supposed to be in was empty. I tried to get the attention of the young lady that was cleaning out deep dish containers.and she was clearly visible and you could obviously see me, I said “ EXCUSE ME “ over 4 times very loud and it appeared she was purposely ignoring me. I am unsure if she was deaf or just needs more training. If you have a deaf worker you need to put signs because I felt extremely disrespected. When I finally got the young lady’s attention she was rude and I said “ I have been trying to get your attention for the last 2 minutes “ she ignored me and put on a fake nice personality but you could see her huge scoul and frown. Seemed like a toxic Environment. Pizza was delicious and you guys did cook and prep it in time in the pickup heater you guys have. This happened around 4:30-4:40PM. It was not busy and there was no excuse to be ignored like I was the issue. Do better and train your employees to have a better attitude. Thank you

I've had ordered the new pizza that just came out.And the one that's pepperoni and crazy bread.Try calling the store to talk to a manager.But they don't like to answer their phones.I'm not the one that would call and complain, but they put so much salt on those friggin'.Crazy breads in that pizza next to it is truly insane.Can't even eat it.It's so salty.I will never go back to that little caesars on poor plane ever again

Elsa is seriously rude. Rayna is also super rude. They mess up my pizza almost every time and then blame me for complaining. I refuse to ever eat little Caesars cardboard pizza again. Save yourself the headache and avoid the establishment entirely. Papa John’s is better and cheaper. This is a prime example of how people act without real leadership.

Why does this location not have crazy crust pizza like all the others in the area? It’s my local LC but I have to drive far away since it doesn’t have the crazy crust.

The atmosphere fit the occasion.

I am not sure if this is policy, but they mark your pizza as picked up before you even get there, and then they could not find the order when my husband got there to pick it up. I tried calling a few times when he said they could not find the order (that was tracked as 'already picked up'), but no one ever picked up the phone. They finally 'found' the order, but that place isn't big enough to lose an order in the first place. We also never got a code via email (checked spam and trash) or text. Very sus.

The guy at the counters name was Jose. I was here at Little Caesars at 9:30. He told me that they closed at 9:30. Website says they close at 10 and then he told me he could only take cash. Jose looks like he doesn’t want to do his job.

Travis is the best employee! Promote him! And give him a raise! He made the best pizza my husband and I have ever had, amazing customer service and just truly genuine we were completely satisfied! Thank you Travis!
