We visit this location every month or two, and have for years. Never waited long, always hot and accurate. We have literally never had an issue with the food. It seems like the recipe is salter than it used to be, but that's not the staff's fault. Always seems to be staffed with competent young people who don't mind doing a good job. Keep up the good work!

Well, I use to not be a big pizza person, I liked it, but just didn't jump out at me.but,my friend went and ordered our Hawaiian pizza and we ordered and paid for more toppings, and last couple of months, we have had one of the best pizza I've had,and I'm 70 this month. The pizza we got tonight had not much of anything, we ordered extra Canadian bacon and pineapple and cheese, we got extra cheese, that's it,cut in big squares, and one piece had 4 piece of pineapple, the squares were big.so unhappy and when we called to talk to them, the nasty person that took our call hingvup on us,couldn'tgo down there by then, they had close 10 minutes ago. To that your man, when you work with the public you need to learn how to talk to people and the customers want to be satisfied,as much as we pay for a flat piece of bread with very little toppings, that ,why would I ever want to come there again or any of little caesars,i won't, I said I wasn't a big pizza fan, little Caesars you made me a fan, and now you lost one,we all count sooner or later, and you will be shutting down more stores.

Service was good, food wasn't. I used to like Little Caesars, it's super affordable and quick. However, the quality has gone downhill. Doesn't taste good and pizza is really floppy, like a limp noodle.

Asked if they had any thing ready as I was in a hurry, bag of fast food in hand. They told me they had an ultimate Supreme ready for $14.49. Paid with credit card, as payment was processing the Cashier answered a phone and continued to discuses something on the phone, with me standing there waiting for over 5 minutes. I remind him I'm waiting and he immediately hangs up on the other customer, goes to get me my pizza and turns around to tell me they don't have it. I am informed I can wait or I could instead take a pepperoni or ITB (menu priced under 10$). I ask for a refund instead as it has already been much longer then I intended to be in the building. Before I can get my refund he answer the phone again, so I have to wait another 8 minutes before another employee finally issues me a refund letting me know ill have my $15.72 back in about a week. Worst part is I ended up with a 20$ cold bag of burgers and fries because of how Little Ceasar's handled what would otherwise have been an honest mistake.

The person who helped me was friendly. When I pointed out that my cup of crazy sauce was less than half full, rather than giving me more, they just assured me that they were all less than half full.

The crazy puffs taste great and are inexpensive. $3.99 for a good lunch.

Missing items from order, lukewarm pizza, and nonchalant/rude employee up front.

I waited 15 minutes to place an order and they never gave me a turn because they were more worried about handing out to go orders instead. Why would I stick around longer hoping to place an order and then likely have to wait another 20 minutes for a pizza (looked like they were out of he crazy puffs)?

Until now I don't quite understand why if I ordered online I pick it up on the establishment's portal, the woman who is usually always there asks me to line up to pick up a simple sauce that was missing from my order, I don't see the point in putting it the incomplete order in the portal and when you ask the person who attends in a very bad way to tell me to complete my order and they just have to have more rest, that woman looks frustrated and ruins what could be a good afternoon enjoying pizza ends up being a bad day for the customer.

Ordered online, came at the latest estimated time window looked like there were only 2 people working. took 3 minutes before I got a "be right with you" another 5 minutes and a line of 4 people before we got "anyone here for ___ order" then probably 3 minutes later I see my order but instead of asking one of the 4 people in the lobby this time they shove it in the online box and go back to the kitchen. Said less than a word a minute while i was there. Got home and saw that they missed our crazy sauce the wings were half lazily half sauced and our crazy puffs were burnt. I empathize with being overworked, but if you understaff your restaurant to the point the customer service is non existent that's a serious problem
