I love the music on Wednesdays.
This place has grown too big for its breaches. Horrible service, extremely expensive. We sat down on Saturday August 10th by the fireplace. The server came over after 10 minutes, took our order, repeated our order back to us and forgot a drink order. She got very defensive regarding the forgotten order although she read it back to us. She did notify us the kitchen staff was short handed. (Notice I keep saying she, since we were not told her name). The inside location was empty when we arrived. Everyone but our table was served their food before us although they come in after us. The flights were given to us with a "do you need me to go over the flight, with an attitude". We got the hint, and said no. We had nothing to cleanse the pallet throughout the entire time there. 1.5 hours later after we completed our tasting, we cancelled our food order. While paying our tab, I was offended we didn't get a choice to tip less than 18%, frankly, she didn't even deserve 10%. We were not given a choice for receipt either. We ordered 3 root beer floats (Shasta root beer), a flight and a bottle of cab. $95.68. If you want Mary Hill wine, go to the grocery store its not worth the trip or your time.
My wife and I had a wonderful day. Good view of the Columbia, and ALL the staff were personable, and friendly. We did Tapas and a wine flight, great day.
Food not properly closed and secure when ordering food online. Looks nasty!!? Never ever would reorder again from you guys
You are all just amazing! Thank you Rachel, Chef Steph, Mark, and everyone. We LOVED today. See you very soon!
Remember to look in your backyard in case you can't make it to Eastern Washington vineyards. The fact that the Maryhill tasting room is on the waterfront, with convenient parking, beautiful views, and relaxing boardwalk & beach paths, makes it an enticing, casual, and easy way to find the right pairings for your dinners, parties, or gifts before commiting. The staff is very knowledgable, can help with specific food pairings, and ideas for desserts too. It's not for nerds only; they had live music on a Wednesday night, and plenty of seating options for members and non-members. Bring your palate to learn, experience, relax, socialize, or All of the Above. Feedback regarding charcuterie tray; ask what's included, and ask if they can add or replace with specific foods for your tasting or flight. The wines have tasting notes to give you hints. I need to find out what the local Battle Ground honey, with a spicy finish, was! I can't remember. I wish the tasting room would sell it, or other hard-to-find food pairings. Hint to wine lovers that prefer quiet when tasting; weeknights are best. By Friday or Saturday the place gets packed!
Great ambiance and presentation of the wine tasting. For the food, I wish we got a bit more for the price we paid, but understandably prices have increased. The burger was really good overall, though it was odd that the burger patty was significantly smaller, like between 1/2 to 3/4 the size compared to the bun.
Maryhill Winery is located in the Vancouver waterfront giving it front row seats to fantastic views for people watching and river traffic. The atmosphere is friendly with knowledgeable staff and laidback vibes. It’s a must visit stop if you’re in SW Washington.

The wines were interesting, we bought a couple bottles and were happy with them. The charcuterie was pretty good but for the price we expected maybe some nuts, a jam or mustard, maybe a few other things to mix it up. Service was excellent and the view was great!

Wine and food were good, but service could be improved. We ordered flights and a couple snacks, saw our server at ordering and flight dropoff and they never checked on the food or asked us if we wanted more food or wine, which we did. We tried to make eye contact and we were ignored. We had to flag down another server to close out. Upon leaving the restaurant, we found our server at the front door and they ignored us again, no "thanks for coming in" or "have a nice day." I would not return.
Attended on March 24 for a private event
We love Maryhill! They are one of the only tasting rooms on the waterfront with a kitchen so that is a huge plus. The wine is great too, of course! We have been members for a couple months and it is so worth it. Can't wait to go to the other Maryhill tasting rooms. The staff here are all great. The girlies Lizzy, Taylor and Hannah are awesome!
Was a member here for 10 years. Just canceled our membership. They do not value their wine club members like they used too. This is likely because they are so big and have so many members now that they don’t have to care as much. We are much happier at smaller and less corporate wineries.
The location is spectacular and the seafood and wine are fantastic! The live music offerings are wonderful.
