I went to pick up something for the mother in law because she wanted a filet of fish and fries. Ordered with a small shake and the total comes to 15 dollars then asks if I want to round up and a tip. Really if I have to place my order on some screen and pay just to wait for my food and you ask for a tip I don’t think so. I’m tired of everybody asking for a tip. Voted for higher wages and still want a tip for doing your job I don’t think so. If an employee wants to make more money then better yourself and find a job to pay what you want.

I paid for my meal and in the order specially ordered 2 apples pies. I pull up to get order and get handed 1 (pumpkin pie) I ask were is 2nd pie and he/they said they didn't have any and I'd have to wait 15 min. I asked why didn't he tell me in advance. He's like idk 🤷♀️ acting like he's lost. I asked can you give my something for price of pie and he ignored me. I felt like he was punishing he for putting him on spot by the 15 min way for pumpkin pie. Did nothing to help situation. Bad service!

Every single time, yes EVERY time this place can’t seem to get out right and the wait is ridiculous I have never seen a more disorganized location that is the exact opposite of “fast food” and far from convenient
