edit: Are you guys ever gonna fix the blinking parking lot lights? it looks like a horror movie at the drive thru! Take some pride in your business for God's sakes!

Super slow service at 2:20am on a monday. Also one of the girls working is screaming and shouting, and laughing up a storm while orders pile up. So unprofessional! There are at least 6 cars piling up behind me while i wait 10 minutes for some nuggets??? why?? I think its the girl with the glasses and big round belly.

I come through the drive through at 8:20. Get ignored at the box for 10 minutes. so they can close the other line then help me and block it with floor signs.

Great service and very friendly employees.
The manager has been a staple amongst several McD’s in the Vancouver area.
She’s very nice, and goes the extra mile to make you smile! Definitely will start frequenting this location now!

I went in for a late night snack and come to find out my food still had some sort of paper I’m assuming from the frozen meat that was cooked. Not what I was hoping for. This is my go-to McDonald’s, sad to have experienced that.

I go to this MCD very often. Multiple times I've received the wrong food, missing items and honestly it's enough. I understand that the kid that was taking my order might be his first time or something but at least a manager needs to have a headset on to make sure the new person is not struggling or ringing the wrong stuff

I ordered breakfast at 10:24 AM. I got there at 10:35 AM. I felt a bit naughty and excited to get breakfast after 10:30. It’s the little things some times.

Well…I get there and he hands me an iced coffee then tells me my breakfast sandwiches were ‘crossed off’ the order so I wouldn’t get charged for them. Well, he lied. I did get charged and I have to dispute those charges now.

Furthermore, he tells me to pull my truck around front rather than to window 2 to wait for a sandwich. He comes out front with a cold breakfast sandwich, assures me again that I won’t be charged (lie) and acts like he did me a favor by giving me a cold gross breakfast sandwich.

I deleted my McDonalds account. This experience was so bad I will never eat at this entire restaurant chain again. Congratulations.

I ordered at the drive thru at 2:30 am. Pulled up to the second window and used one of the cards/coupons for a free combo meal. Received cold food that wasn't even what I had ordered. I got the voucher because I gave a good review to another restaurant in the area with much better services, didn't even get a receipt so can't even ask or tell the MCD voice that this location almost always sucks.

We ordered a $5.00 value meal, which was to include a small fry, a small drink, a four-piece nugget box, and a sandwich of choice (spicy chicken sandwiches for us). We ordered two of the exact same meal, with a request of slivered onions to be added.

What we ended up receiving were fries that were cold, soggy, and oozed grease to the touch. We received nuggets that did not feel like they were ever put on a warmer, but rather the counter. With those two completely inedible items, the sandwich did not even seem worth the effort.

Further, the cashier/Associate who took our order barely acknowledged us, and we received no receipt, so there was no option to leave a survey or report our feedback to the Franchisee without returning to the restaurant, which we will not be doing any time soon.

McDonalds - shame on you. Not your best foot forward, especially during a time when prices are globally rising out of control and turning your mediocre snack into a barely-affordable luxury for most people.

Well today I used the app for the 1st time ever and I received a free Big Mac which I've never had one before and was quite delicious and also the app made it super easy to say the code go up to the window and get my order but unfortunately and everybody should take note of this:

they shut down their ice cream / Shake machines down at 2:00 a.m.

so I ordered a strawberry shake and so he offered you know to substitute some food instead and I said no and he's like well here and grabbed the receipt and Isaiah wrote on the receipt :

that next time that I would get a free Shake because obviously I paid for this time and didn't get it so as long as I go back to that location but it won't exactly be free because I already paid for it LOL

either way this location has seemed to improve tremendously, from the last time I was there..bravo!

The team at this McDonald's is fast and so accommodating! My app glitched and sent my order to a location in Portland, but they took care of everything so that I got my food quickly. Definitely the best location in Vancouver!
