Well today I used the app for the 1st time ever and I received a free Big Mac which I've never had one before and was quite delicious and also the app made it super easy to say the code go up to the window and get my order but unfortunately and everybody should take note of this:
they shut down their ice cream / Shake machines down at 2:00 a.m.
so I ordered a strawberry shake and so he offered you know to substitute some food instead and I said no and he's like well here and grabbed the receipt and Isaiah wrote on the receipt :
that next time that I would get a free Shake because obviously I paid for this time and didn't get it so as long as I go back to that location but it won't exactly be free because I already paid for it LOL
either way this location has seemed to improve tremendously, from the last time I was there..bravo!

The team at this McDonald's is fast and so accommodating! My app glitched and sent my order to a location in Portland, but they took care of everything so that I got my food quickly. Definitely the best location in Vancouver!

This morning i ordered my food at 10:45 for breakfast and went to pick it up around 11:15 and they refused to give me my order. The said they sold my food and they don't serve break fast after 11. I clearly paid for my order earlier and i should have every right to pick up my order at my own time(since it's already paid). The associate was so rude at the drive through and denied to gave me order. They said its sold to other customer. I suggest avoid this store.

They didn’t have enough workers so they all seems stressed so not holding that against them. But food wasn’t the freshest tasting specially the fries. But it was still passable. But not much to say bc uno it’s McDonald’s

It’s McDonald’s! They’re pretty consistent no matter where you go. My son absolutely loves the cheeseburgers. It’s not necessarily my personal favorite, but I like that you know exactly what you’re going to get whenever you order off the McDonalds menu, no matter where you are. The restaurants are usually kept very clean and the service is decent. I shouldn’t really have to talk anyone into or out of McDonald’s. You either like it or you don’t, but you really can’t argue the points that I’ve made. I’m not saying it’s 5 star food in my opinion, but it’s always consistent and if you want anything off the McDonald’s menu pretty much anywhere you go, it’s going to be the same… I really admire that.
No employees in store to receive my mobile order despite being a 24hr location. Dive through was still on as normal, I waited for a short time

I went through ordering a lg cone after asking if it was even working. I was told yes. I ordered a large come. Paid. For a large cone and I was served with a medium/small size. I asked if that was a large cone and I was told they’re all this size!!!!

Just ordered food, only cause my points were about to expire. I stopped eating here long ago but today showed me why. McMuffin was burnt, egg and sausage were at least a couple hours old. I paid for the hash own and of course it was over cooked also. Literally don't eat out you might as well throw your money away.
