Just go ahead and remove blizzards from the menu at this point. I've been through so many times just for that and I've never been successful at coming when the machine isn't broken or "we're just not serving that today"

Whoever the person running the drive thru is rude, i asked for a frappe and got told we dont have frappes anymore and starts giggling with the crew so I assumed mcdonalds doesnt carry it anymore and asked all mcdonalds or just them and again goes and giggles and silence so I ask is machine broken? And more giggles and says yes that. Anyway its annoying dont act dumb just tell me machines down because we are too lazy to clean it. Anywho fourth plain mcdonalds frappes there.

As a Door Dasher I can tell you with 100000% certainty, the older lady working the registers is in need of some correction. I watched as my Dash order and 3 others SAT THERE for at LEAST 5 minutes. And she was blatantly ignoring us. My customer lived only 3 minutes away, and the Mcflurry was melted by the time I got it to her. The Younger woman managing the drive through did fantastic by taking charge and getting us our customers orders. Whoever she is, she should have the Spanish Lady's Job
