I wish I could put -5 stars, every time I come here, and I mean every single time… I am missing things in my order. Make sure you sit at the window and check every single thing you ordered. Sometimes you even have to unwrap the sandwiches and make sure it’s the correct one. No wonder you people end up working at McDonald’s.

Drove through to get a quick bite. Don't usually go to McDonald's and now I remember why. My quarter pounder with cheese extra extra pickles, had 2 pickles on it, barely any condiments, and was so dry I threw most of it away.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this McDonald’s. I placed a mobile order 15 minutes ahead of time specifically because long waits have been a constant issue at this location, and I hoped ordering early would prevent the usual delays. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When I arrived, there were no other cars in the drive-thru, yet I still had to wait about seven minutes for my food, which makes no sense for an order placed well in advance. What made the experience even worse was the interaction with the employee, who made weird and unnecessary comments about my name. It wasn’t playful or friendly; it was awkward, unprofessional, and made me uncomfortable. Between the ongoing wait times and the rude customer service, this visit was incredibly frustrating, and I genuinely hope management addresses these issues.

Photo attached is a photo from my vehicle outside mirror, it shows the employee holding the bag out of the window waiting for the next car to pull up. In the rain and wind and 50 degree temperatures. This worker has done this to me in the past. On this visit they held my drink out and asked I pull up to next window. At least my food bag didn't dangle out of the restaurant. The customer behind me wasn't so lucky. Please McDonald's, can you train your employees to keep the food inside the restaurant until they hand it to the actual customer and not hang it out to dry and cool off. Prefer my fries hot. And ketchup on the side.

Who ever answers the phone is rude can’t even ask one question I called because you guys are out of sodas and I wanted to know if they were also out of frozen drinks she only said what and hang up . Do better 😒

I will never understand why I have so many problems at this location. Went through the drive through to order. Upon review of our order when I noticed I missing 2 cheeseburgers and one of my side of large fries was a medium. So had to drive back to the location and the manager was disrespectful to me. I mistakenly said hamburger instead of cheeseburger and manager said, “well you didn’t order any.” Upon correcting the manager started back talking to me to the staff. Then had a very sassy attitude when she gave me my food.

Wait time was horrible and worker cut me off and was very rude and condescending
I ordered a carmel frappe 7:47 I didn’t get it till 8:05 and they gave me the wrong one and just stared at me I waited in line for another 7 min to tell them and when I told them they just looked at me and were like “oh ok” I ended up getting the drink I asked for since 7:47 at 8:37. , no employee was at the register and this other customer was tryna order and the cashiers said “have u ordered “ and the customer said “no” and she told her to order on the tablets and the lady said she didn’t know how to use that and they gave her attitude but took her order since she didn’t know how to use the tablet thing . Never coming back took 55 min just to get my right drink !!!
