For some reason in the last month or so EVERY single time I come in my order is messed up at least twice. But the last 2 times I went through the drive thru my order was messed up, not once, not even twice, but 3 times. I think there is either very new staff, or possible poor training or management. The staff is so outta sync and scatter brained and overwhelmed everytime I come in. The have no idea which orders at the window, what's in the order, which drink goes with what....

It's McDonalds, sometimes you need a Fry or a Quarter Pounder. Use the app to save $$. I like to use the curbside pickup, so here is my issue: families of employees use those curbside spots to hang out. I see it on a regular basis. Sure, not all the violators are employee families, but many are. I don't expect McDonald's employees to police the spots, but I do expect the management to police their employees. Thank you!
