I love MCdonalds but had Horrible experiences! Many times going drive thru, most of my experience are not great at all. Wrong order, not putting napkins and ketchup. When you ask they make you believe is in the bag wherein nope! Unpleasant experience and poor service!!!

I go to this location in the morning for my coffee.It's near my home. It's always clean looking and the service is adequate.
Ordered a Happy Meal for my grandson after soccer practice tonight. Got home 12 fries total, fine, they aren’t healthy anyway, BUT the apple bites were missing!!!!!!

No one was available to help me at the counter made me use the kiosk which was laborious it took a while to figure out. I wanted to pay in cash so it make me go up to the counter as well if I wanted to pay. I miss customer service!!! I don't like being ignored because I have to use a machine instead of a person I don't like being treated that I'm too stupid because they don't want to wait on me. Also a manager came in from outside I'm assuming it was a manager I saw them smoking came in went straight to the food bagging station and started working while fixing his beard and mustache and then touching everyone's food is he placed in the bag didn't wash his hands touched his nose three times to fix his mustache and nose still didn't wash his hands
