My order was placed at 10:16am they fulfilled it at 10:17… I showed up at 10:25am said I was in a spot. Waited 8-10 minutes and rechecked the app which told me I needed to go through the drive thru or the front counter… so I went to the counter and the manager decided to lie to my face and make me pay for my order AGAIN to be able to leave with it. She was also trying to argue with another customer. I understand jobs are stressful but don’t lie to your customers faces.

I didn't get greeted at the door but the 4 people behind me did. Most people ordered on the screen. I'm guessing because no one was at the counter to take orders unless someone went up to the counter then they did come and take the order. It was cleanwith a/c on a hot day.

They taught us how to get egg Mc muffin without sausage to get the order correct. Son in law does NOT eat pork!
Double check your receipt anf bag before you leave if you try to call to get a refund they will unplug the phone

Waited 10 minutes to get a small fry and two chocolate chip cookies. Had to leave so I wasn't late for work. Watched the guy walk out while I was stuck at the signal with my bag of cookies. Never bringing the fries or handing me the fries and when I called as he's literally walking in the building they refused to give me a refund. This location is notorious for being slow and messing up.

In all honesty, this Mcdonalds' always makes sure I have everything I ordered. They've made no mistakes since I've been going here. The lady who typically takes the drive up order in window one, is the best.
