Tried at 9:06 PM 3/9/25 to get, and for the second time (2out of 2), the ice cream machine was being let “run dry” so they could clean it and no ice cream or McFlurries for you. Then I’m stuck in the drive-thru line without any reward. How about a sign like Krispy Kreme that alerts you when it is working!

always have to wait extended time with nobody waiting on the counter. they throw the food to the pass through and if you want ketchup or salt prepare to wait another 5 minutes

Tarren who works the late night shift is the best cook McDonald's has especially with those mcdoubles, and Big Macs. if you get lucky when it's not a rush he might give you a autograph. Being one of the best employees there management should consider him for a promotion. Enjoy your next drive through visit when he makes your food.

Amazing service today. They were extremely busy with drivethru, but one of the managers, Garrett, bagged my food quickly and took extra time and care with my hot chocolate. Its very nice to see that people still care about customers past 10pm.

Really ridiculous 2 hours before closing when you have mobile orders already accepted and all the restaurants around you are open. Folks saw me inside too and didn't even want to engage because they knew they were trying to skip out early.
I don’t know who is having such great experiences at this McD’s, but it’s not me. It’s close to my house, so when I’m in a rush and need something, it’s a convenient stop before I hop on the freeway. The staff is mostly fine, and I rarely get a messed up order, BUT, the food is never fresh, and it is the most expensive McD’s in the metro area. If you’re not using a coupon, you’re going to pay $12 for a cold two cheeseburger combo. WHAT? There’s a McD’s in Portland that charges half that, and it’s fresh. I have gone to Applebees next store and paid the same price for a sit down meal. If you’re going south on I5, skip this one and go to the one at Jantzen Beach, and if you’re going north, stop in Woodland to get your fry fix.
