My dad went to this Mcdonalds yesterday. He ordered food like we usually do. When he was about to pay, the lady at the drive thru asked for his ID BEFORE he even gave her his card. We have NEVER EVER been asked for an ID no matter how much the purchase was! This is discrimination and we will be calling corporate. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! 😡
I ordered food on the app, got to the restaurant and my phone wasnt registering that I was there, it said that if I was there, give a code to the cashier to recieve my order. i did that and the cashier was extremely rude and said if my phone didnt work it isnt her problem and that they couldnt give me the food that was already paid for. i asked for them to cancel the order then so my money is refunded and was told that they werent going to do that and that i needed to leave and...read full review
