Very rude, blonde bartender, harassed my autistic son because we were sitting outside, not even in front of their facility and told us to get lost. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this location. I will never spend another penny here. Highly recommend you go to the one on the waterfront way better and more competent staff.

Although the Lost Lounge advertises walk ins welcome it is mainly open for reservations due to how small/crammed it is. Wasn’t worth the drive especially since the food (burgers) took over an hour to arrive during a slower night.

Every time I order food it is incorrect. I have order a salad several times and they have given me the wrong dressing that I cannot have. And when you do order to go it’ll take over a hour to receive your to go order. I don’t recommend this place.

Ordered through Uber. Best tomato basil soup I've ever had! Had parmesan, also was creamy, with some veggy chunks, too. Very complex flavors. Also had a Reuben sandwich that was right on! Tasty, flavorful cheese.

Great atmosphere and the family loves coming here for late lunch or dinner. Always friendly staff and very accommodating. Very good customer service and food! Highly recommend.

Food is overpriced and was mediocre/below average. It would be nice if they had more vegan options. Also the place was a little dirty, as some of the silverware was dirty, and just a lot of plates that hadn’t been cleaned off several tables.

They got rid of the Truffle Fries here! That’s the only reason why I love coming. It’s like my world has collapsed! Now they have regular basket fries with mustard dipping sauce. I won’t be coming back here anymore!

Went during a down time and took us over 10 mins to get seated. The bbq bacon cheeseburger came with a single piece of bacon and about 1/2 tbsp of bbq sauce but cost $20. Overpriced for the quality.
