MOD Pizza

From my experience MOD pizza in all of Vancouver has gone down hill. Menu change caused some ruckus. Since the change of the Mega this is the only location to still do the OG style. It’s the same amount of dough and product on top of the pizza so after being told there’s no way to make it MOD pizza will lose my business. Been coming here since their grand opening, tonight I walked out while the staff started their rant about me leaving. As an owner you would think you have staff in place to behave like adults. It’s a sad day.

This place used to be incredible. It was all polite, mostly younger kids working in here and they did amazing. Now it’s mostly rude people that can’t even hide their disdain for working here. Woman literally says to me when I walk to the counter “what do you want?” Unreal. Management should get to the root cause of what went wrong here.

Always fast yummy options for pizza

This Evan guy that works at this location did a fabulous job at creating my pizza, it's like he is a saint sent to make perfect pizzas.

Pretty good pizza, even reheated, but not great. The original crust isn't great and it's spendy for the portion.

Gave me the wrong food not happy at all.

A great concept, decent prices, all the toppings you want!!

Served salads with spoiled gray chicken.

There was a small hole in the crust of my pizza and it wasn’t a problem but then an employee walked over and gave me a free pizza that was the same thing and gave it to me for free shoutout to mod pizza !!!!!!!? ❤️??

They always do good by me here. They load up my pizza just the way I like it and cook it to perfection. Staff is quirky and friendly. I always enjoy coming in here.

Twice I've ordered pizza here, and twice they've left off ingredients that I paid for. The food itself is okay, but if they keep leaving off the ingredients that I'm paying for, what's the point of going here?

The place is filthy. The tables, floors with pizza pieces and the drinks area with garbage. The employees are nice and the pizza ok
