They're insanely fast. The pizza is phenomenal. I highly recommend MOD pizza.

Used to love this location but it has definitely gone down hill in the last couple of months. Not sure if she’s a manger or a shift lead, but there’s a new lady on staff that has made major mistakes the last two times I’ve been in. I’ve lost the confidence in this location to give quality food in a timely manner - and with the price increase, it’s frustrating to see these normally good MOD qualities falter significantly.

Visited this location this Saturday night. There was a crazy amount of online orders and a long line of people waiting to order. The woman fulfilling online orders was taking charge of the situation and was so efficient and pumping out like over 20 pizzas in the short time we were there. The whole team was calm and welcoming even with the chaos. Best Mod Pizza in the Portland/Vancouver area.

I had ordered pizza from door dash and removed as well as added items to my signature pizza. I got in the car to check my order and my pizza was all wrong, but i noticed it was made per the ticket that printed out from the door dash order and was taped to the pizza. So they were just following what the ticket said. Anyway i brought it back in because it had gorgonzola cheese and that was the one thing i wanted to remove (very strong flavor- i would have just choked it down if this had not been on there.) The lead (was told he was not the manager) took care of the issue right away- ensuring my pizza got made correctly, offered me the wrongly made pizza if i wanted it as well, AND refunded my entire door dash order. I feel terrible because I dont remmeber the mans name (although i do remember it was a name that is more commonly used for girls). But he was fantastic and he is the reason im giving this location 5 stars. Thats how business should be ran!
There was a long line to order, just because not enough employee to work. There were 2 employees. It wasted my time to waiting. I gave positive rate , just for foods.

Went to MOD Pizza in Hazel Dell location with my four grandkids as soon as we walked in this guy was frantic asking how many pieces we need when I said I need four pizza. He was agitated because he said that he has to make the dough and he needs to know how many. I told him I need 2 mod and 2 mini. he abruptly said that’s all I need to know. And as soon as he got the pizza done, he was asking me questions about what I want on the pizza when I’ve already told him what we need. He was agitated and throwing tantrums, and I had to say call him out. To please not be agitated infront of my grandkids. He said he’s not agitated and I said I need him to calm down and he said to me that I need to calm down. I don’t need him making pizza and be agitated and then throwing tantrums, which is very inappropriate manner working in this place. This is second time in the row that I had to deal with this guy I think his name is Kilgore. He was very frantic very agitated, throwing tantrums, and I had to let the manager know.

Service is ok, they got some stuff mixed up a few times, but all sorted out in the end. Cheaper pizza then domino's right down the road but still good quality.

I placed an online order through uber eats And the uber platform does not have all the options available to add to my Pizza that Mod offers so I've had to call in to have them added a few times. The crew is always so friendly and accommodating, this time time in particular if was Kendall who took my call and he was extremely polite, helpful and understanding . He immediately wrote down my adjustments and did it in an enthusiastic manner. Shout it to him. Highly recommend this place.
