Is it still required to take a food handling course before working in a restaurant? My pizza was given to someone else, that person left the building with it. When that person realized they were given the wrong pizza, they brought it back in and handed it off to mod. Mod then put that pizza in the box intended for me and was going to give it to me. Isn’t that a health code violation? It’s at least a huge liability. I was very uncomfortable accepting a pizza that left with someone else and the guy seemed annoyed that I was uncomfortable with that. So I requested a refund. The manager apologized, refunded my card and I went somewhere else to eat.

Experience here tonight and previous time haven’t been so great. Exceptionally long wait time the previous time we were here. Pizza prep service was great tonight, but we ended up coming home only to find out our mini pizza was way underbaked and barely luke warm.

Great place. My favorite. However this time around make me not want to come back. The two workers were very unsanitary and all pizzas ordered weren’t the greatest. I hope this is just one time thing.

My bf & I have been in last 2 weekends and we've decided to only go to other locations/order online from now on. Each time, we witnessed the manager disciplining her new hires in front of customers, and on Friday 10/18/24 witnessed the manager treat a party of customers horribly for trying to corral the kids & get ordered for a multi-genration family. It was a HUGE bummer cuz we didn't mind waiting for 2 employees to help the 1 big party in front of us, but the manager enforced a "1employee per party" causing a line out the door.

Went into the fast food place with my family after the sons game.
The staff was rude, disinterested, and hostile towards each other.
My family was made uncomfortable by the amount of yelling the food workers were doing toward each other. I asked the loudest ones name and her name was Amanda, and she was very loud, crude, and rude. She had twitchy issues which you'd expect out of a drug addict. Defiantly uncomfortable for my family.
The serice at the pizza was great, but its seemed like everyone else was too busy in their own conversations or screaming at the people making the pizzas.
