Wow! Customer service still exists!Any time I come in here, the service is always friendly and almost always fast - if it’s not fast for some reason (tonight that’s their assessment, not mine) then the kindness makes up for it.I walked in seconds after putting in my order and the person working the oven apologized for the wait. I had a 15 minute wait coming, so I thought I’d order a beer. Didn’t see one I liked, switched to a cup, and they just said to enjoy it while I wait.I go other places and have birthdays while I wait, and there’s no acknowledgement. And that’s really become the norm.So when I’m getting an apology for service that’s no slower than I would have expected, it’s shocking after enough bad transactions elsewhere that prove why those places should be automated.

I did not have a good experience at this MOD location, though I have had good experiences at other MOD locations (recently the one in Ridgefield). I ordered my pizza well done/extra crispy and it was far from it. When I asked to have it cooked more (the way I ordered it) I was told "no" because they had already played it. When I ordered it the same way at the Ridgefield location the nice young man actually called me up before he played it, showed it to me and asked if it needed to cook longer (I said "yes") and he did. Now that's customer service. I won't eat at the BG location again because they don't give you that option and frankly they aren't very nice.

We enjoyed pizza with friends, which everyone chooses independently, with any toppings.Tasty, cozy.I plan to come with my children ;)I recommend it for a quick and tasty snack!
OMG... at the counter ordering 5 pizzas and it took over 25 minutes just to order and put toppings on.... after standing in line for over 40 minutes. This is ridiculous! There were also four young boys running and chasing one another through the restaurant running into people, tables, chairs and the wall. Where the heck is management or competent workers.

I thought about giving a higher rating on the food. But it's pizza. It's good pizza. Nothing wrong with it. I just reserve higher ratings for non fast foods.Great staff, friendly and polite.

We got to meet Sophia for the first time tonight and just wanted to drop a big thank you for making our visit super special! ? She’s a rockstar - hardworking, super kind, and honestly made our day better.It was a bummer to see she didn't get much backup from the rest of the crew, though. Even with a full team on deck, it was disappointing to see staff standing around while she was hustling. And, not cool, but we noticed one teammate wasn’t very nice to her, which didn’t feel right. The way he talked to her was very frustrating for how awesome she did. Maybe need to revisit teamwork. Keep up the good work Sophia!
