I have eaten here for many, many years as one of my favorites in Vancouver. Great family owned restaurant. The food was always very good and always have good service. This last visit however, it is obvious that they have changed the menu to keep prices low. The food quality has gone down with less meat in the dishes and fried rice is now just rice, no egg, veggies or meat. I would much rather pay a few bucks more for the original.

I’ve never made a food review but what I received was so terrible that here I am. I ordered the chicken teriyaki with rice and what I received was old rice (some clumped together) and I kid you not 3 small strips of chicken. I wanted to try something new and support a business close to home but never again. I don’t even care about the refund. I can live without that money, just wanted to warn others. If I can figure out how to attach a photo I will. SO BAD.

I got the Teriyaki Chicken there and the chicken was very good but please take off the fatty parts of the meat. Nuff said °^°

I'm giving this place 5 stars! Their House Special Lo Mein is absolutely awesome. Reminds me of a place in SoCal, Hong Kong Express that I used to frequent in the late 80's when I was in high school. I love the generous portion with plenty of meats. I hope they keep it up. Seems like every time I give a place a great review they drop the ball on me. Hope this place breaks the cycle.

Absolutely horrible place. I ordered the lunch special through Postmates. They took my money, then when my Postmates arrived they said the lunch specials aren’t available on the weekends. I told him that it’s available to order through the app and he should honor it. The person told me they would NOT honor it and didn’t care and I can order from somewhere else. Horrible customer service and horrible staff. Never recommending!!!!!

Ordered through Postmates tonight. Disgusting. Don't order from here. Kung Pao chicken tasted like fish and made it with szechuan sauce not kung pao flavor. Pork fried rice tasted very old and not fresh. Egg rolls filling was old tasting. Should've checked the reviews before ordering. Postmates doesn't list reviews. This place should not be in business. Gross!

No crab puffs available, fried chicken (for sweet&sour chicken) was tough, service was good. Deep fried shrimp was ordered and served within about 2 minutes, which seemed odd.
