After using the restroom at a donut café, I was approached outside by a manager. His comments and behavior made me feel uncomfortable, so I chose to leave without making a purchase. It’s unfortunate that someone in a management position handled the situation this way.

We went here because of the reviews. The girl who helped me grabbed the wrong donut twice. When I asked for the maple roll, which looked like a filled bar with maple frosting. She said this is a specialty donut so it will be $3.35. I said that is fine I want to try it. She walked over where I couldn't see and put a donut in the box. I ordered my other donuts, she taped the box, and we payed. I got back to my hotel and opened the box to find a cinnamon pershing covered in maple frosting. Gross! And not what I ordered. As a suggestion have the employee show the contents before closing the box. The double chocolate donut was delicious according to my hubby. The blueberry fritter was flat and crunchy. Maple frosting is delicious

We come here often and always get good customer service and amazing donuts. But today was extra special because it was my wife’s birthday. I asked the woman working if she could write “Happy Birthday” on my wife’s favorite double maple for her. She did it and did an outstanding job. We will always be back! Thank you for the extra special donut today! See the photo because it was done so well :)

I go to Mr Maple all the time best donuts ever! Everyone I've encountered who work there are extremely nice and have good work ethic!
Donuts were a bit stale when we ate them, it also wasn't anything crazy unique. Service was good, and the shop was relatively well maintained. Wouldn't go back though for the donuts, they were mediocre.

I made an order online and sent my son to pick it up. I put it under his name but he confused everyone. Needless to say they said they trusted him and let him pick out 6 new ones since they couldnt find the order. It was very sweet of them and i appreciate the personal service!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The cashier (skinny, tanned, balayage hair) was very condescending when I asked for a donut recommendation (“oh, I don’t eat *donut*” *makes a face”), and overcharged me - I wanted a dozen donuts, and accidentally chose a fancy one as part of my dozen (after telling her I was new to this chain). She charge me for a half dozen fancy donuts + 5 individual ones + the premium one. The 11 classic donuts were more expensive than just getting a dozen, and when I called her on it and asked about getting another classic donut to save a couple dollars, she told me that she’d told me the premium donut was more expensive & couldn’t give me the 12th classic donut, even though I’d more than paid for it. I don’t think I’ll be going back here again- there’s enough other donut shops here that I don’t need to put up with that.
