We went here because of the reviews. The girl who helped me grabbed the wrong donut twice. When I asked for the maple roll, which looked like a filled bar with maple frosting. She said this is a specialty donut so it will be $3.35. I said that is fine I want to try it. She walked over where I couldn't see and put a donut in the box. I ordered my other donuts, she taped the box, and we payed. I got back to my hotel and opened the box to find a cinnamon pershing covered in...
We come here often and always get good customer service and amazing donuts. But today was extra special because it was my wife’s birthday. I asked the woman working if she could write “Happy Birthday” on my wife’s favorite double maple for her. She did it and did an outstanding job. We will always be back! Thank you for the extra special donut today! See the photo because it was done so well :)
Donuts were a bit stale when we ate them, it also wasn't anything crazy unique. Service was good, and the shop was relatively well maintained. Wouldn't go back though for the donuts, they were mediocre.
