Unacceptable service at this location - consistently ignoring simple order requests, despite clear instructions. This week alone, I've had to discard my meal three times due to errors (food allergy to patato). To make matters worse, staff solicit tips at the drive-thru, seemingly for no additional service. I'm done with this location. They urgently need basic order-taking training, perhaps even a simple YouTube tutorial would suffice. Moreover, soliciting tips at the drive-thru is inappropriate; tips should be for dine-in service, not for just taking an order.

Worst location in Vancouver. The food is absolutely inedible. Got the sausage breakfast burrito (like I always do except I usually go to the hwy 99 location) the difference is here it tastes like nothing, besides the occasional burnt to a crisp piece of sausage.

I only gave them one star because you can't give zero. This is one of my favorite restaurants in town, but this location I specifically asked for no onions on my street tacos multiple times and when I got them they of course had onions. The meat was very dry. They looked awful but I kindly asked them to fix it as I had asked for no onions and they took it back for quite a long time and when I got it back it was the same tacos. They had tried to pick the onions off and didn't even get them all. When I went in and got a refund instead, they didn't even refund me the full amount for the tacos and were quite rude about it. Will definitely not be returning to that location.

I like this muchas gracias restaurant the owner is nice food is really good comes out nice and hot tables are clean restrooms are clean and there's plenty of parking
