Unacceptable service at this location - consistently ignoring simple order requests, despite clear instructions. This week alone, I've had to discard my meal three times due to errors (food allergy to patato). To make matters worse, staff solicit tips at the drive-thru, seemingly for no additional service. I'm done with this location. They urgently need basic order-taking training, perhaps even a simple YouTube tutorial would suffice. Moreover, soliciting tips at the drive-thru is inappropriate; tips should be for dine-in service, not for just taking an order.

Worst location in Vancouver. The food is absolutely inedible. Got the sausage breakfast burrito (like I always do except I usually go to the hwy 99 location) the difference is here it tastes like nothing, besides the occasional burnt to a crisp piece of sausage.

Very nice staff and the food is outstanding. Whenever I have a craving for Mexican food, I always go to Muchas Gracias. I highly recommend this place for Mexican food.

I only gave them one star because you can't give zero. This is one of my favorite restaurants in town, but this location I specifically asked for no onions on my street tacos multiple times and when I got them they of course had onions. The meat was very dry. They looked awful but I kindly asked them to fix it as I had asked for no onions and they took it back for quite a long time and when I got it back it was the same tacos. They had tried to pick the onions off and didn't even get them all. When I went in and got a refund instead, they didn't even refund me the full amount for the tacos and were quite rude about it. Will definitely not be returning to that location.

I like this muchas gracias restaurant the owner is nice food is really good comes out nice and hot tables are clean restrooms are clean and there's plenty of parking

Had to change my rating, use to be 4 star. Food wasn't hot, sorta warm. When I kindly asked for a detailed receipt, I was told it would be on the bag, which I said was fine. I got my food, they closed the window, no receipt. I waited in my car for them to notice I was still there, I felt like they were just waiting for me to go away. They finally opened the window, gave me a receipt. I kindly said thank you, they glared and slammed the window in my face while I said thank you. I was so surprised. I'm not sure why they behaved that way over a receipt. Will not be going back.

Drive through... Great Been Burrito with only Beens and Jalapeno... I wanted whole beens got refried... Oops... Still Great food though!!! Not Good Not Excellent however it tasted like Home Made except the store bought Shell!!! I still Liked it!!!

Vegetarian options: I Eat Meet So The Vegetarians can check it out??? The Refried Beens may have Lard in them??? Ask the Server??? However if You can get whole been burrito then that would not have Lard in it!!! I usually get Whole been burrito on request!!! I am not complaining though!!! The Refried Beens are Good and I am not a Vegetarian!!! Mmmm...

Dietary restrictions: Ask them to make exactly what You want... Better yet Write it down and ask them there are no mistakes accidentally!!!
