3 PM on Friday afternoon, 1/31. Trailer was closed and buttoned up tight, bummed that I did not get to try any of the food that others rave about. I drove about 10 miles out of my way, probably won’t come back any time soon.

Rome is a great guy! I've had barbecue in lots of places. Texas of course is one. Today I finally got by My Rib Joint. Outstanding. Pulled pork is the best I've ever had. Ribs and link knocked it out of the park. He's open noon to 5pm Tuesday through Saturday. I got the combo for 25$!

VERY solid food. Just finished “The Sampler” and already wanting to go back for more sausage links and ribs. Great guy too, even went up to my vehicle to hand me my food when it was ready.

Let me just say that Rome is such an amazing person with a vast experience in BBQ. The food there is incredible. Ribs were extremely tender(fall of the bone tender) incredible. Pulled Pork with the slaw, outstanding. Sausage link, again outstanding. Look, this guy makes his own chips for the nachos. Some BBQ joints have too much of the smoke in it. Not this food, perfect amount of smoke. Homemade BBQ sauce. It's not the taste, it's an experience. If you haven't tried it, you need to.

Delicious food and highly recommended! Food truck is located in the Chevron Station parking lot on 72nd Ave. My family tried almost everything on the menu. Great flavor! My favorites are the BBQ nachos, pulled pork sandwich and fresh cut fries. Loved it so much, I hired Rome to cater our work party for 100 guests last weekend. Not only does he have wonderful food, but he is such a nice person and great to work with. Employees enjoyed the food and I heard a lot of comments that the mac and cheese was the best they've ever had. I will definitely be returning.

Sorry, I ate it before I remembered to write a review! Ordered the BBQ. Nachos, and they are fantastic. I will be going back. It’s a food truck parked next to 7/11, and I had a little wait while he put everything together. An umbrella and a couple chairs would be nice, but that would only be an extra, and has nothing to do with the food! Two of us shared one Nacho plate - but it was so good, I want more!

Tasty southern food. We had the loaded fries which were French fries topped with cheese, black beans, bbq sauce, pork, and briquettes. $16 for a reasonable sized plate.

The best Dino Rib I ever had.
Mac and cheese 10/10 and the beans with rice 10/10.
I high recommend coming here for some delicious BBQ.
Best BBQ I have had in in the PNW.
