Smoothies here are super fresh and flavorful—definitely some of the best I’ve had locally. The staff was friendly, and the place is clean and chill. I was told I’d get a free smoothie (maybe part of a promo?), but it never happened, which was a little disappointing. Still, the quality is great and I’d go back.

One of the best smoothie/açaí (and adjacent) menus we have ever seen. Lots of options for vegan and non-vegan and tons of healthy and beneficial add-ons. Looking forward to trying the protein waffles and chia parfaits - they looked delish. Also friendly staff and an easy online ordering process.

I tend to always have a positive experience. There are employees who go above and beyond and there's some that dont. I had a baby asleep in the car and called nektar and asked if they could hand my drink to me at the door so I wouldn't have to wake baby up going inside. She came and met me at the door to hand me my smoothie. Thats beautiful customer service!!!! I also had trouble scanning a receipt and getting my points added, so an employee handed me a card for a free small smoothie. I mean come on people, who dont like free stuff !!!! The only complaints I have is that sometimes it takes over 10 mins to get a smoothie when its very busy. I dont mind and expect the wait which is why I try to pre order in the app now.
I almost forgot!!! I gave birth at home and by the time everything was said and done I was starving but didn't want to chew food, I called nektar about 5 mins before closing and asked if I could send someone to grab me one? They said yes!!!!! I sent a family member and they picked it up which had a hand written note saying congratulations. I appreciated this because not only did they say yes 5 mins before closing but they didnt even hesitate!!!

I absolutely love this place! I probably come here 3 to 4 times a week—it’s hands down one of the best juice bars in all of Vancouver. Everything is fresh, tasty, and makes you feel good about what you’re putting in your body. Whether it’s a smoothie, juice, or one of their bowls, it always hits the spot. Definitely a go-to for anyone who’s into healthy, feel-good food!

Nekter is an amazing spot! I love getting my smoothies there and they always come out perfect and delicious. My favorites are the mango delight smoothie and the raspberry smoothie bowl.

My daughter's PB chocolate protein smoothie wasn't mixed properly and tasted strange. I called and asked the staff to make a new one. I drove all the way back and exchanged it. They're placed the smoothie and apologized, but did not offer a discount or refund. The replacement smoothie was blended better, but still didn't taste right. My daughter got sick shortly after, so I we wonder if the peanut butter was rancid or if some whey protein got in there (we ordered pea protein). She orders this kind all the time and has never had a problem before.

Amazing smoothie and service

Ordering online was super easy. As someone who has food sensitivities, their menu options work really well for me. Pick up was quick and staff were friendly. Glad I found this place ☺️

Every time I order from Nékter they are so kind and efficient. Whether I’m ordering pick up or come in house with my daughter and have smoothies there. Would recommend the Hazel Dell location to anyone! 🍓🥜🍫🫐🍌

Unreal how good the Acai superfood functional bowl is! And the protein bowl also. Very quality ingredients, and will definitely be back.

Been there many times but just came today 12/20/24 and it was terrible service. 2 young women were working and just gossiping the whole time about nonsense. I was the only one in there and it almost took 20 minutes for my poorly made bowls. One of my açaí bowls had barely any açaí in it. Especially compared to my other one that is the same size which had a normal amount. I also paid for add ins on that one and they forgot them. Never have I had 2 people just pay such little attention to such a simple thing. If it was busy that’s one thing but it was dead.
